I always felt bad about the little old ladies dying. Sure they were out of their element, but it reminded me of my sweet grandmother, who wasn't a great driver but a sweet old lady. In fact all the innocent people dying was really disturbing. :(

@Frankie2012channel I don't even think they knew how bad it was. They probably figured it was a small earthquake Giving the movie more than two seconds of thought is disturbing. Billions of innocent people died, including children and more elderly, and all of human civilization was washed away Noah style. That can be lost with all the disasters and following one family across the world

I thought this movie was great! I love this scene, when LA is swallowed by a huge chasm. Cusack's character cracks me up. Just don't take any of it seriously. 😂

If this really happens i would be scared to those people because it could happen at any moment with out warning i would be crying seeing those people dying, i saw this movie at theaters almost at the end when people were running trying to get in the chip and when people were falling i got dease and almost vomited my older brother too when my mom pick us from theater and ask us if we wanted to eat i said no mom but she didnt know why but we told her

While most earthquakes are 7's, scientists are saying the big 10 is coming for California and it could be soon. So saying this would never happen.......all I can say is sometimes fiction becomes reality.
