Welcome to Sharpe Adventures, where on this episode we explore the amazing San Francisco Bay Area with our boat the SEE(German for Sea) KING. This episode entails an epic trip stopping by and adventuring around Angel Island State Park. Angel Island is right next to the world famous Alcatraz. Check out the wild life, abandoned military buildings, stunning views, and the island all to ourselves(almost). Angel Island is a great place to visit near San Francisco, CA. You can take a ferry from Tiburon or add a stop onto a trip to Alcatraz. Angel Island also has public camp sites if you want to stay overnight. A simple google search or a visit to the island will reveal it's history.

Kappas harbor we had a Uniflite 23 foot. I was 14 and my dad let me use it in exchange for maintaining from salt water. Next to Juanita’s ferry That was in the late 50’s and early 60’s

Tiburon has a few billionaires but nowhere near compared to San Francisco. You don’t know the peninsula in Silicon Valley area very well because that’s where all your tech and fintech billionaires live. Hillsborough, Atherton, Menlo Park, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Palo Alto etc. etc. The comparison of houses over 10 million is like 90 houses versus 16,000 :)

It was during covid, the island was shutdown from ferry access and we boated over. It was the best time to travel if you wanted to be alone :)

Just had a 1989 16ft sea ray bowrider fall into my lap so I wanna get it out on the bay ..any other tips would be appreciated ..maybe a trip up the delta?

Technically you could bring your own bicycles on the boat? I read that you could rent bikes or bring your own by ferry but I also have my own boat. I'd like to explore that idea further. Would make a great day for my family on the water and a quick bike ride. Thanks for the video.
