you can really make an interesting series,calisthenics guys doing legs/going to the gym is something nobody has shown before on youtube. Btw I think training in the gym and working on upper body mass might improve leverages for calisthenics,gaining weight on your upper body make tilt your body in the right direction during isometric holds

good thing you're not gaining weight because if you do would become even stronger and the max weights on the machines won't be enough LOL btw what's your wingspan? nice video..... keep it up, it's very fun to watch workout vids like these.
