Her videos are amazing, deserve so much more recognition!! I've been looking for a female doing all this for a while now and I'm so glad i finally found you. I'm trying to start off with a full body workout 3 days a week, integrating pullup and dips using resistant bands(since i have nonexistent arm strength). On other days i cycle or swim. Do share your opinion on this!❤️✨
❤thanks for all your content and helpful introductions in all your videos! I love the session of super useful education before each workout because it DOES matter how we understand our bodies basic form and structure through these exercises or they will potentially not do anything if we’re doing them wrong. I thank you for that! I just started calisthenics using your videos, and in 3 weeks I’ve progressed so much! Coming from an out of shape, momma of 7 who is showing with hard work, and the right education (from you) which then motivates me, getting strong and fit is possible! You are a huge help to me and such an encouragement to see you started doing this alone and have progressed SO MUCH! Thank you!!!!
Gratitude for all your experience, wisdom, inspirational energy and enthusiasm!… I’m already experiencing greater abilities with this stuff through learning from you- thank you very much and please keep it coming!
I appreciate how down to earth you are- you seem very genuine, and I hope you can keep the same vibe even as your channel grows and you can eventually quit that day job :) 💪 thanks for the inspiration and encouragement. Working on getting my first unassisted pull-up!
Thank you!!! Hope you’ve quit your day job. This was so helpful. I’ve been a bit overwhelmed and often giving up partway through gym sessions because I don’t really have a clear plan of what excercises I want to do and there are just too many to keep track of so im just going to really simplify it!
thank you!! would love a hollow body tutorial. Could we also get a video on plyometric movements and how to become more dynamic/improve strength in those movements?
Hollow body tutorial and follow along 6 min core workout done: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--Tkdl6q9C7Y.html :D I don't train much plyo work. I would say getting good at plyo work would just take continuous practice and efficient rest times. For example, you could do 10-20 seconds of work, with 30-60seconds of rest, to accumulate a total of 2-8mins of total work time, then rest for 5-10 mins. (20 seconds on, 60 seconds off, 6 times (to get 2 mins of work) then take a 5-10min rest)
Yes please Hollow body holds. Are those the ones where you hold while laying flat on you back? I think there’s lower, mid, and upper holds and then all three after from a book I read long time ago. Didn’t realize it was that powerful so I better get on them. Looking forward to the technique. Thank you
Yup, you are on your back. Theres many many variations you can do, I have some variations in this 15 minute workout: @ I will make my next video all about hollow bodies :D (with beginner options)
I’ve always wondered how do you plan out the sets and reps. At what point do you say “ok I’ve got far enough with this movement, let me move to the next progression of it “ Any advice there ?
Yes, determine your goals, then choose a rep scheme that aligns with those goals. There are general agreed upon set schemes for working on power, endurance, strength, and hypertrophy. I actually just posted some basic rep schemes on a recent video.instagram.com/p/ClkUZPHpsL4/?hl=en
