This looks like so much fun! I literally can't do any of this but I wish I could. I also wish they had basic calisthenics gyms out there; it seems you really have no choice but to teach yourself ! I ordered the Fit home gym and am waiting for it, but it would be so great just to do pullups.
Its the fact that after u do the basics, it becomes completely about discipline, learning, and consistency. Most people dont wanna put the time in to learn how to advance or have the patience to advance. Like im working on 3 movements rn, and its been months 😅 im getting only a few seconds for each buts its better than the 1 second when i started.
So even when I had a trainer my tailbone hurt. My back injury never healed and I struggle with working out Would it be okay to do ab workouts on the bed for extra cushion? Iv tucked in my tailbone etc. But the injury really caused me problems
