When you go to the gym you’ll see big men who have been training for years to achieve a physique or if you’re speed running a game; people spend hundreds of hours shaving off milliseconds of their run. It’s amazing what people can do when they put their minds and bodies into something and say “I’m going to be better than everyone around me at this”.
