@@kish4corheunbl The company has a big lack of organization, none of the directions are clear since the beginning, if you planning to move from another city think carefully because there exist a gap about how they manage processes. Poor culture with some clear incompetencies at all levels of senior team. No room for personal growth. No recognition for staff in fact staff are seen purely as robots. It makes sense now why they change positions constantly. To make it concrete low class trash.

I worked for this company for 5 months back in 2015. On my 5th month, naisipan kong magcheck ng SSS Contributions at nagulat ako wala silang hulog for 3 months same sa mga kaworkmates ko. So ang ginawa ko dinownload ko lahat ng Payslips ko from the time na nagstart ako sa kanila at copy ng SSS Contributions for that year. Pabalik balik ako ng HR para malaman kung bakit at kung ano plano nila pero walang humarap sakin ni isa. Kaya, I decided na magpapass ako ng Resignation pero d ko nagawa kasi umabsent ako ng halos 3 days dahil sa tooth infection nung nagpa tooth extraction ako. Since day 1 ako natawag sa Clinic/Med Line namin at sa Sup ko para malaman nila situation ko, I even sent them the copy of my MedCert. Pagbalik ko dinala ko kung pyhsical copy ng MedCert at yung Resignation Letter, then sinabihan ako na di pwede ang immediate resignation so sabi ko "No problem po, willing naman ako magrender ng 30 days". Ayun, sinend na ni Sup at Manager yung Resignation Letter ko sa HR and that day din nagrespond ang HR na okay na daw at pwede nako magstart magrender. On my 3rd day nang pagrender ko ay bigla na lang ako pinull-out at pinastop mgcalls at sinabihan ako na they're no longer expecting me to work the next shift and tagged me as AWOL dahil sa 3days absent ko which is maling mali dahil valid yung reason ko, daily ako nag-uupdate sa kanila, may medcert ako, at sino ba kayang nagcalls na maga ang bibig at halos di magalaw ang leeg. Sabi ko na lang, "Okay po, bsta makaalis nako kaagad dito. Isusurrender ko muna lahat ng company assets baka bawasan pa nila.". Pumunta ako ng HR para ipakita yung slip na nabalik ko na lahat ng company assets and asked them kung pwede pko makabalik sa building to check the update about sa 3months na missing contributions nila sa SSS, ang sabi lang nila ay pwede namn at pwede din silang mag-email sakin. Kinabukasan, apply ako kaagad sa CONVERGYS (Concentrix na ngayon) at nahire agad ako, and I stayed with them for almost 7 years bago ako nagtransition to Freelancing. For me, I will never recommend Teleperformance dahil sa experience na yun. Pati ang pagcredit ng OT at RDOT pahirapan pa, even ang sweldo di kalakihan. Pero sa mga aspiring CCA, oks lang si TP make it a habit to check your Payslips at gov't contributions kasi mahirap na. :)

'Yan ang mga natanong sa'kin eh, but it will depends on you since every interviews are different. Good luck.

I remeber back in 2015 when I had my very first try to apply for a BPO job position and I had my interview with Teleperformance Metropoint in Pasay, I passed all levels of the application process but not until the final interview. Shout out kay ate na binagsak ako sa final interview ahahaha Thank you for turning me down because I got hired in Convergy's Dish Network! I realized that I was not meant to be working with your company in an Online Gaming account because I was meant for a better one. #mema haha

Gumala lang kami sa IT park in Cebu tas may nag invite sa amin na mag apply sa kanilang call center, at naisipan namin nang kaibigan ko kaya nag apply kami kahit walang preparation, I was shocked kasi naka pasa ako mula sa Initial interview Hanggang sa final assessment test and interview I was happy that time easy lang pala, kaso Hindi ako nag work kasi na fail yung kaibigan ko dinamayan ko nlng sya disappointed kasi sya.

Absolutely. As long as you can speak conversational English, you have a very good chance to pass the initial interview. Also, make sure you come up with skills from your course that you think can be used in the work as a call center agent.

@@iamvaperist2122 Are you with Teleperformance? So the applicants only learn about their salary after they're accepted? Sounds impractical for all parties involved. So the employer and applicant go through the whole process, using up time, money, and effort, only for the applicant to back out upon learning that the salary isn't enough. Though I guess it's for tax purposes that Teleperformance doesn't want their salaries to get out.

Wala po na issue n gnun hindi ko po alam ..over the phone interview lang po ako from screening to final interview and final account validations kahapon lng po ako natapos lhat.. then regarding sa salary through gcash ,that was not issued to me .dumiretso n po ako sa teleperformance recruitment hub for the signing of JO and then doon n nila ipapaliwanag lahat

Sa initial more on about yourself po, previous job (if any), idea about call center, etc. Sa account validation situational and behavioral questions po. Depende rin po sa sagot niyo at kung saang account kayo maaasign yung mga questions nila. Much better po magready nlng for all the possible questions para alam mo po isasagot ☺️ Online Assessment-> Initial Interview-> Account validation po yung process na pinagdaan ko
Yung kaibigan ko yung final interview nya is about sa mobile legend and inikot ikot siya ng tanong then yung sakin ano ginagawa ko sa araw araw from paggising ko hanggang sa dulo.
