1:19 tactical reloading on a PTRS is supposedly difficult irl. The bolt needs to be opened in order to open or close the magazine, and also, you can't do a 5+1 capacity as you need to eject a round in a chamber before putting a new clip in and the bolt needs to stay opened too, otherwise the clip won't go all the way in. The whole reloading process of the PTRS is much easier on empty reloads where the bolt locks back on the last round.
The “ding” sound effect on the PTRS-41 feels too exaggerated and attaching it it a suppressor makes it weirder too. The developers probably wanted the AT gun to feel like a ringing bell as it fires but in my case it doesn’t feel like its part of the gun itself.
The guns and their animations were a massive improvement over prior titles but man… the reload sounds. If only. The firing sounds ain’t shabby tho, minus the suppressed ones.
Every single one of these weapons look REAL AWESOME Though, I didn't like the Suppressor sound on the Anti-Tank Rifle MOST DEFINITELY liked and enjoyed watching another GREAT weapons showcase here
The whole gun is pathetic. Firing it with one hand. Reloading the gun when the gun is still chambered. Magazine fed never existed for the PTRS. A ding sound when firing the gun sounds lame
You'd think a weapon that LITERALLY SHOOTS A BULLET THAT CAN MELT AND PENETRATE TANK ARMOR would sound more beefy than a "plink" sound. Also, that suppressor should not suppress it that much. That is quieter than a spoon falling on carpet. That arm strength too. Fuckin Terminator must be holding that rifle.
That's because the M1944 Hyde Carbine (the real life name of the Cooper Carbine) it's pretty much is an upscaled Thompson chambered in .30 Carbine and with a quick change barrel like the MG-42.
Funny how holding a PTRS in one hand isn’t going to blow your hand backwards with the insane amount of recoil it has. But hey, it’s cod and cod doesn’t give two shits so im not gonna make it a big deal.
It served as an anti tank rifle back in WWII. With its huge recoil its not possible for someone to wield it like a regular sniper rifle. So they had to use bipods. (That one video about a guy wielding a PTRS is an exception, but still)
SMH. Fake names again for the real guns. No one doesnt know what are the real names for them. Except my self. The first one is an M2 Hyde SMG (Inaccurately put it in the Assault Rifle category instead of the SMG one) The Second one is the PTRS-41 Anti-Tank rifle (someone by the last name Gorenko doesnt exist but if does he diddnt created the weapon)
The first one it's actually an M1944 Hyde Carbine though, but yeah, you're right, these guns are old as hell and some of their manufacturers aren't even around anymore, why they just don't use their real life names or at the very least their military designations is beyond me.
Well im suppoesed that weapon is seriously it look likr a thompson gun with no grips only use magazine.it is call of duty mw better than call of duty vanguard?
The Cooper Carbine's bolt not only somehow is in the forward position when starting the reload animation, it slides back right when the animation ends.
Love how the ''cooper carbine'' (what weapon is that IRL anyway?) fire selector has no moving parts or sound and the character simply flicks their thumb on something...Also, why it ejects bottleneck rifle casing instead of straight ones (being a .30 carbine) for few seconds and then ejecting thin air? Jeez this game...Also...an Anti-fuking-Tank rifle with a SUPPRESSOR!?! A tiny tiny suppressor nonetheless...also attached IN FRONT of the muzzle brake, rendering it totally useless if this were any other kind of weapon...Just make a huge GIANT suppressor like the Colossus for the Oden in MW if you have to make one for this thing...God I'm so fucking glad to skip CoD this year...
