The launch of mw3 FINALLY crossed some line that made me stop playing warzone(cod as a whole) and got me off from the hook of completing battlepasses while i didn't enjoy doing that
Playing Unreal Tournament Assault mode was amazing, 16 year old me played it over dial-up back in 1999. Had all the rocket jump angles down and everything. Have some great memories of that game, thanks for reminding me, Jack :)

I really like these maps that have a *pseudo-narrative* to them (pseudo in a good way 😁) its fun adding a story to the otherwise mindless droning-down enemies that can get a bit tedious after a while... 😰 great map. love the elevation & levelution 👌
I actually really liked the crosshair bobbing that they introduced in MW2022, it makes it feel like it's actually following the barrel of my gun when I move and turn...
1:09 The mw19 music immediately makes this video and game more intriguing. They should do an mw19 pure sequel: same engine, guns (plus more), operators (plus more) and gameplay systems. An exact replica with new maps, guns, operators and maybe modes.
SBMM is never gonna go anywhere. They literally put out a whole graphic of how it works and why it’s gonna stay in the game. It’s been worked on for over 10 years. They will tone it to where it’s good I’m sure. People are still gonna play the game religiously and pay a lot of money. Gtfoh with the cod is dead BS 😂

There are still fps games enough that use ranked as there sbmm matchmaking and quick play just against mixed players like the finals, fortnite, battlefield, ironsight, csgo 2... and I can clearly feel the diff between these games and cod. So just quit on cod and play like these games

Agreed. Except for the servers and competitiveness on a controller - hand strain from having to slide cancel continuously to avoid the OP headshot hitbox snipers.
@@P0W3RH0U53the game doesn’t play casual anywhere anymore and they wonder why the player count is dropping off. My take on it is that slide cancelling should be a ranked feature, and to decrease the hitbox of a headshot for snipers.
I was having fun with the game, but was considering playing something else because M&K felt like an afterthought. Especially idle sway, and your crosshairs not ending up where your center dot was when aiming down sights was something that just took away a lot of the enjoyment of the game. Though you could kind of deal with it by using specific weapons and building them to reduce idle sway with attachments. But now that it has been fixed, the game is so much better. And many more guns are viable to use on PC.
This mode just reminds me of Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory (2003) which is an objective based shooter just like this WAR mode made by splash damage and published by activision. Also the movement on that game is top tier, no game tips it till this day imo.
This mode and map feel very Battlefield. Distinct lines in engagement so flanks come from the side not every single direction, and the multiple engagement distances throughout the map locations rather than static 3 lanes for 15 minutes
Thank you for objectively covering this game, so tired of the constant drivel of negativity. I totally understand cod fatigue, but there’s a lot happening in MW3 that’s making my time playing better, and I feel like the entire game (every aspect of it) is in a better place now than at any point during the MW2 lifecycle, it’s just so much fun using the new guns.
The weapons, the surpressor sounds and the time to kill in the first few minutes feel so much like old school COD that it actually made me want to play MW3 for the first time... Damn!
Crazy how different gameplay looks when someone isn’t using a Zen and when someone is. Glad you’ve moved from BF to COD. That means this game is actually quite good.
MW3 is the most anti-competitive COD game I've played. Those silent sneakers are SO fkn stupid. No listening for footsteps any more. And then when you decide to play ranked, they are the DEFAULT. Along with stun grenades????? And aim assist is super OP. Just terrible. Proof that they simply want to make the game that appeals to the most people. MW3 is the epitome of why old school BF players used to make fun of COD. I have taken a stand and I refuse to use those sneakers, nor stuns/flashes, nor shotguns. If that makes me easier to kill, so be it. I don't wanna be one of those people.
I’m with you this Jack. If cod multiplayer was more like this and less like the sweat fest it is now, I’d probably buy it. It’s like a groundwar map mixed with a conquest style mode!
One thing i hate about warzone III today was MWIII weapons getting the BOCW treatment where almost every gun outshined the previous title, i wanted to use the MWII weapons but they feel slow and inferior😭😭
I haven't experienced the gunplay of the MW reboots but I do wonder if some of the aspects that they've removed could work in Battlefield to indirectly slow down the TTK.
Seems like a decent mode. Maybe a little too hectic for me, but at least it's objective based. Once MS put CoD on gamepass I'll check it out. But I'm not spending 70 bucks on it.
I hestitated buying it for so long but gave in the other day and bought it while it was on special. I'm actually enjoying it. War is greeat. Even the 6 on 6 feels solid.
I hadn't played since they got rid of rebirth island. I came back because they put features back in the game giving me out play ability and I'm actually enjoying it.
Damn. Very true. I didnt log 2 months because i was away from home. Job. When i log and start to play,daaaaamn. Everything feels so much smoother and izier to kill. Graphics especially. I have full pc,4090, i9 13900 k cpu, looks so much more batter.
It's fun but you have to go all in, it's sweaty as hell in Warzone, even plunder. So I have a bit of a rough time switching from chill BG3 to MW3 at the moment😅

I don't know what servers you play on but all my games on this mode is just pure sweats. Jumping like rabbits and hitting no scops from across the map. I watch a few of your game plays in this mode and the players are all normal. But the ones I play against play like their life depends on it.
Leave it to Activision to create a limited time Zombie event in Multiplayer instead of a mode more geared towards that. Just off the top of my head, maybe the Zombies mode? 😂
I’ve waited until this weekend to purchase this one. I wanted to be able to play it for free after a few months of patches. I think it feels better than MW2. That’s not saying much. But it made my bits tingly, so I bought it.

Warzone seems to seep into everything in this game now. Even parachuting and the helicopter exfil just looks like Warzone. Nothing feels distinct anymore.
The best version of War mode was in Call of Duty 3. Not MW3, the original CoD3 on Xbox 360. Only people who would disagree, are the ones who weren't around playing it when it was popular. The single player kinda sucked, but the multiplayer was amazing. Best time I've had in an online shooter, along with Battlefield 3/4
