Colaz, your stories are great. They humanize you and help your viewers understand why you don't take those little blessings in life for granted. I've already learned to use mud and water on burns.🙂
I really admire how you and your wife can cut up stuff without a cutting board, looks dangerous but seeing you guys do it makes it also looks professional 😊 and as always the food looks sooooo delicious 😋😋😋😋
Love your show mi Gemma..I am a professional chef, and I like when a man can handle the kitchen, even more so when you and the wife cooking..I must admit is over 25 years I have seen any one peel banana..we just slice it and boil it into the skin, tombs up mi Gemma..take you time...
You both are such a beautiful precious couple. Mi love oonnu. "Yu se mi, we dun kno" mi nearly cry. Congratulations for all your achievements. I miss de guys. Socks 'yu dun kno'
Manners and respect Colaz for sharing your humble beginnings and experience. Sham I saw a comment telling you to use cutting board.... do your own ting my girl and what you comfortable with. Keep on with your free hand cutting 😇👊🏽. Big up Sax Canta and Climber. Eeh sah tek yuh time. Love y'all😘
Hi Colaz. You bring back childhood memories after 57 yrs i in uk. As a pickney in JA crossed river, nearly drown, with catta on head with food for market. 💐Lady Cham tears from me but you know i enjoyed those hard/happy days as Jesus saved me and made me more loving kind and helpful to others from the heart. Now i cancer patient, writing a book with my kids/grandkids re my pickney days in JA. Would do it all again as it made me humble. Colaz write a book son. Ok 🙏🏽blessings in Jesus xx
My sister who lives in Ja eats like this and she is skinnny. If I looked at a plate with this much food I would look like an elephant. Me jealous. Love you guys. May the Lord continue to bless you.
Numbers 6 kjv 22 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them, 24 The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: 25 The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: 26 The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. 27 And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel, and I will bless them.
Omg I have been through a lot too as a kid growing up I'm so appreciative of the person I'm grown up to be one sorry that my mom had away she did it for us through nothing.. remember eating turn cornmeal no oil only a little salt trust mi god is good what a mighty god we serve.. true those days was better in the sense of how these kid's going on .. BUT GOD. Bless up yuh self god is in control..
I was in that same position growing up but God is good now. The Lord have blessed me so much I give God thanks everyday keep the faith because he alway open doors for us and he has plan for us so we dont regret what take place when we were growing up. God is good 👃👃👃
Your wife is so humble. I live in the USA, and I remember growing up poor as well. My mom use to sell produce as well and living in Hanover we went to mango bush to buy mangoes and help her to carry it on our head. But thank God we came out very good. I love my father but he was lazy my mom was basically the bread winner. We took care of them but we wish they were alive today so we could take more care of them. God Bless. 💗
Mi feel it too Sham. It's a touching story. Growing up rough makes us stronger and more prepare for the realness of life. Love u guys..Eeh sa...teck u time 💖💖💖
Good morning Colaz and Sham, I am not sure if I congratulated you on acquiring your new home but I pray that the blood of Jesus protect you and your home. May Get always provide for you. If it is possible, get some topsoil for your backyard and grow some herbs and short term crops. Put in a plantain and banana stool. Include a lemon tree ,a Julie mango and Barbadian cherry. You wouldn't regret.
God is amazing, wonderful and great! That's why you are so humble, happy and greatful. We feel your love and dedication through the vlogs, more blessings, strength, wisdom and favor your way. Nice seeing you and wifey in the kitchen together....I miss where baby girl today tho...💌
Very humbling. I, too, lost my dad at age 11 so I understand. Really proud of you two and your achievements. Continue to trust God and hold on to his unchanging hands. Gid bless your little family 👪❤
Colaz your story take me back to my youthful years also, very similar however at least you had boiled breadfruit. For us kids mom had to make hot water and we would drink it happily and go to bed on our belly's for weeks, we never complained so I understand very hard life. I too learned to appreciate the smallest of all things. Thanks again for a great video.
You brought tears to my eyes. God never leaves you nor forsakes you. I pray God’s continued blessings for you and your beautiful family. Eeh Sah…Tek Yuh Time!

God has not a damn thing to do with the youth's success --- With God, people have lost the ability to do anything for themselves, as they are always leaving things in the hands of God. God is blasted mind control. Why would God only favour some people? The world would be such a better place without God.
Good 🌄morning Mr& Mrs Smuth from sunny Crete. Yes mi a Jamaican 🇯🇲 buy yu know seh wi deh all over de world 🌎🤣. Yu dun kno. 💯. Bak to unno brekfus preparation. Neighbourhood needs more trees/greenery. It doesn't feel like jamaica without the banana trees and lush greenery to be honest. Slow farming brotha! May as well start planting today! Haha :)
Greetings colaz from st.vincent, i can relate to your stort let us thank God for his blessings from where he has brought us from, and enjoy every bit of it, i was never ashamed to share my own story, so may God continue to bless u and your family
Colaz I had to go do the same like you I am from Trinidad and had to carry load on our head too I am an older woman now but I remember that I love what you do keep up the good work bless you 🙏
Colaz I am 60 years old, while living in Jamaica back then I went through the same thing. When I reach the railway station I could not take off the load off my head. The station worker would take it off my neck would not move.... man but God my friend.
Good morning mr &mrs Colaz just watching you both cooking your Ackees and calooooooo😂 its funny just improvised when you don’t have tomatoes to go with your dishes its fine your lively wife doing ok just waiting to see the final dish.its good how you supervising her well done.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 just one advised its not personal, but when using any tin beans just rinsed it off because its been in the tins for long periods of time rinsed the acid off ok🤙🏽❤️u guys
It's good to see how ppl do things differently. I'm from Barbados and we wash the green bananas and cook/steam them whole in their skins. Then once they split & you let them cool, peeling is a breeze. No need coat your hands in oil. I live in NY and continue the same tradition.
God continued blessings upon you and your little family.. You've come a mighty long way.. love you for the fact that you have learn to appreciate all the little things in life. Blessings ..
The humble upbringing that you had is what made you the man you are today, nothing happens by chance, and you are an amazing person. God bless you guys, stay close together, and don't forget to put God first in everything, let Him order your steps, and keep loving each other.
Beautiful video. Guys, it will be nice to start saying a prayer of thanks and blessings over the food before eating. In all things, give God the thanks and glory. Blessings to you always.
Real soul food. Look healthy and delicious. I love my wheat dumplings too. I am definitely gonna make ackee and bake beans, with that same calaloo with a little salfish. I am gong to have it cheese fry dumplings 😋 😍. Colaz, your creative menus just keep have me going, I enjoyed watching. And listening to your story at the end was really touching 😢. I love how much you respect and appreciate life and where you coming from. Really inspiring, thanks 😊 for sharing🙏👍
