Those are difficult conversations to have. But I agree that continuing with the shoot without saying anything would be far worse in the long run. Thank you for the great advice!

Peter, this video made me laugh, a lot!!! not in a mocking way. The way you communicate things are super funny. I must admit that I tried to put myself in that situation and the truth is that it must have been uncomfortable moments but these are things that must be said, with all the delicacy there is, so that the client is happy with the final result.

Great advise, but sort that background music out - it's very distracting.

Said it before, I'll say it again, dump the background noise. It adds no production value to your video. It's not only distracting, but annoying. This video isn't as bad as some others, but still. You want people to listen to you, well it's a two-way street.
