@@MeishMoelmao a lot of them changed it so 0 does nothing. You have to press 1 for English, 4 for the category, then 8 for customer service. If you press anything other than 4, you’ll meet a dead end and the phone will hang up lol

This is spot on. I am a call center customer service worker. We try to make the experience as human as possible and we’re told to do that. But then we’re given a list of milion freaking words we can’t say so we don’t hurt the customers feelings. Which in the end makes us sound like robots. Some calls flow more easily and some calls we sound like Siri. Be kind to your call center customer service worker. Most of us are trying.

I would love to see a prequel to this. Of the guy trying to get through to customer service only to get hung up on multiple times by the automated robot "I didn't understand your response, thank you goodbye" while the guy is screaming the words "CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!" over and over. Before calling back and pressing a bunch of numbers on the keypad until you get to an actual human.
