Take it from someone who used to hire carers, as long as he has a clean record which I'm sure he does, references really don't matter and can come from a lot of places other than 1 line manager.
He makes more money from RU-vid and other social media than what he would from a normal job anyway.. pretty sure he knows that too otherwise he wouldn’t of done this.
Easiest job in the world now to be a Carer. No nursing qualifications, no previous experience. That industry is a mess that is desperate to employ anyone willing to do it.
