This is funny... I did 24 hour fasts for 2 years 2 or 3 times a week and lost 14 stone. I was a very fat! However, the things he says are so true until you get your head around it. However, I drank black coffee and black tea on fasting days. Far far worse that seeing food was the smell when you are hungry, very very tough, you can almost taste it if you can smell it. My longest fast was 6 days, the first 2 days are the toughest. PS - in the first 48 hrs you have only done a good detox. To lose weight, drop the sugar, up the fat & fibre intake, yes fat!
400 baht? A meal is 30 baht. So you could just buy 2 meals and some snacks. Your mistake was going to tourist places. A sprite is 4 times the price. Burger King is 400 for one meal. What a fool.
@fwwryh7862 yeah I wanted to watch the football which was only really on in those areas. 30 bhat is pushing though, even in the local restaurants you looking at 100 bhat if you want to sit down there etc. And the burger king was a desperation move by that point! Although it wasn't anything near 400!
Love you Callum and the way you look at things but you could have done better with this. It'd be great if we could actually see the country you're visiting, all we saw was your face, your hotel room, a crisp stand and the inside of a Burger King. You could have filmed this in Skegness and we'd have scarcely noticed the difference.
