Giuliani's police commissioner went to prison for his antics. The game hasn't changed. Same difference Black or White, Republican or Democrat. Don't get it twisted. I worked for a security guard service named city safe they had a contract with the MTA to provide unarmed security guard services to various MTA sites , it was very hard getting paid and they didn’t pay me for sick or vacation days I had to file a complaint with the New York City Controllers office to recover wages that I should have been paid , City Safe / Overwatch I wonder if the banks gang was running this company
