I still play this basically every night ! I started listening to relaxing music when I was about 4 months pregnant . It’s about to be 7 years since . And I always put this particular one on ❤️ I love it , it’s so relaxing , and I always sleep so peaceful and quick too . Hopefully I can listen to it for many many more years to come . Thank you 😊❤️💜
This music is terrific........years ago I heard "Woodbells" from a group called Double Image, "In lands I never saw" album name. To my surprise, I got the album and I used to play it joyfully. However, when CD's came out, I went out to get it in a CD. Here is the surprise...........when I bought the album it was the only album left. And guess the same thing happened when I got the CD years later. I thought I was weird. Thanks to the person that created and uploaded this music. The reason why this music is so good. It's because we live in a very stressful life with so much traffic out there.

this music is so relaxing im sat hear now with my partner as they have been very stressed told to close their eyes whilst i wispered in their ear to imagin floating and other various scenarios and felt so relaxed fell asleep within minutes and im slowly drifting myself a big thumbs up for this

I typed in calming music to block out my 3 year old screaming at me, I cleaned all day after being really Ill, went upstairs to put something away and she trashed the place, then screamed at me when I put her to bed, she's always like this when my partners away. :( I've had to deal with this for 4 months, at least the music stopped me from crying.
Hi person on the internet. I know this was posted a month ago but I just thought I'd leave a comment to let you know that you're doing a good job. If you weren't, you wouldn't be so upset about it all. I'm no expert on child behaviour but I can try to help: discipline is important for child/parent relationships. If your partner is the one who always disciplines her then maybe she thinks she can act out when he/she is away? Maybe share the discipline? I don't know really, as I said, I'm not an expert but I want to let you know, since you were clearly upset, that it's okay. Nobody is a perfect parent, nobody. If you feel you can't cope when you're alone with her then there is no shame in taking speaking to your partner about it or even taking some parenting classes together. After all, we can always learn more. At least, that's the way I look at it. I'm not trying to come across as that "lol ur shit at parenting take sum classes, lern2parent!". Because you don't sound shit at all. You sound like a genuinely caring person who was also quite sickly and upset. I hope you're feeling better than you did when you posted that comment and, if not, I hope what little advice I have is worth something. Have a nice life, buddy! :)

+Alan I feel for you. Is there someone close to you that can massage you? especially your neck, temples, head/forehead? This often times helps me. I usually just do it to myself (this seems counterproductive because it takes work but still relaxes those muscles). Play this music while you try to sleep.
