My fam went to Destin Fla for Labor day. Stayed in a beachfront Condo on the 8th floor. I slept on the balcony the whole time at night listening to the waves. I got the best sleep ever❤❤❤❤

And the Ocean helped me to calm and relax when I was depressed and in stress, I was sitting on the Beach away from others and was feeling so close to my Saviour, remembered how He walked on the Sea, how He calmed the Wind and Waves when the Boat seemed to sink! I can pray and see how wonderful our Creator Created Nature and Animals so wonderful! I pray you will find peace in our Lord and Messaiah! He will return soon and all will be perfect! I have very severe anxiety and I play this when I have an episode. Thank you for helping me get through my worst times!! I try to breathe with the waves and just focus as hard as I can on the waves coming in and out in and out. It definitely helps so that I don't end up fainting
This is perfection. It is literally the best ocean sound on here. Others have music or there is reverb. This one sounds clear and like I am in front of the ocean. Our dear dog, Sadie Lou, a mini-sheltie, is in her last days here with us (she is 18 yrs. old!) and I am in vigil, until we have to bring her to the vet. I have lost dogs as the years have gone by, each time crying my eyes out. For me, I have found the best way to regain my peace is to remember the wonderful moments the dogs brought into my life. I have gone on get more dogs - not to replace - but to share again.
