Nice. Everyone says stay away from calmini because you guys dont send out tbe parts after getting paid. I checked into it and sure enough there is a lawsuit going on with you guys. Why dont you send people the parts ? You dont have them or what?
True !!! I dont recommend calmini to anybody, they’re robbers. I bought online all suspension lift kit. My surprise when I received half of my purchase, after that I called them so many times and they always Say take care about it / never did it. This is my bad experience with this cheaters a year half ago.
I was a victim as well, I commented on all their videos telling them how fkn crooked they were..but that was years ago got my $$$ back after the claim I filed with my bank,I ordered a suspension lift for my 99 rodeo they said it was a custom order for my vehicle and was going to take 4 weeks I gave them the benefit of the doubt then I started making phone calls to check the status of my order and they always had a excuse said parts were in sand blast, parts were in paint or a part was missing they even had told me once it was their shipping departments fault and not on him.i was going on 2 and a half months without receiving my product I purchased, after I filled the claim with the bank, the bank said they have 90 days to return my $ then we could file a suit.. they waited the whole 90 days to give me a refund, that's how shady those guys are, I don't recommend anyone doing business with them.save yourself the frustration, take it from me I learned the hard way,
Tried to order a lift kit for my first gen xterra from calmini. Waited over a year and never received anything. Ordered a lift kit from nisstec and had the kit at my door in less than two weeks. Don't waste your time with calmini.
Hey calmini was wondering if I was still gonna recieve my refund or my lift kit I ordered about 3 years ago resulting in the loss of about a hard earned working alot and sacrificing alot $1800, justin said he'd talk to his team in the warehouse and never heard anything back.
I hope you filed a claim and got your $ back that's what I did..they were a pain in my ass dealing with their bs after about 2 months and no product delivered.
Everyone be talking shit on calmini but I got my bumper in 3 days cuz they had one prebuilt even picked it up at their shop and they were all working getting order out
Really no need for any more than a 2” lift. I use my 2nd Gen X for Search and Rescue on some of the roughest trails in Colorado and Arizona with body armor and sliders, and rarely hit anything. Also, keep the tire under the car, it’s a lower CG and works fine. Why add the weight of the rear carrier?
I've run stock, 2" and titanswap. I'll never leave an xterra un-titanswapped again. I've owned two, both I titan-swapped. Driven all over Nevada, Oregon, Cali, Utah. If you drive a titan-swapped xterra on an off-road trip (go to a meetup I'm sure someone will let you drive one around a bit) you'll realize why I won't ever run stock again, especially after years of driving a titan-swapped rig. And since they use titan LCAs, tie rod ends and (if you do the m205 swap, which everyone should, those r180's are the sloppiest gearsets on the planet), titan half shafts, breaking down on the trail is just as easy to fix as a stock xterra, maybe easier since you have more room to do stuff. Now a drop bracket is a bit of overkill, but it's not a bad option, just wish Calmini was more reliable on delivery and production.
Don't go to these guys. You won't get the parts after buying them. Go somewhere else more reputable. These guys will take your money and run and keep giving you excuses
Just look how poor that bumper figment is, Jesus dude. Literally the worse quality shit in the xterra community. This doesn’t even have different coil overs, just 5” SPACERS! what an absolute joke. I hope this places is forced to pay back every customer they screwed over
Bad timing chains are a time bomb in pre-2010 models as well. Have to do some work to the older ones to make them reliable...but they are half the price of a comparable Toyota so you have $$ left over to fix Nissan's mistakes
