Don't get premium. Get adblock. If you have android, the Firefox app has an adblock extension. Not the best way to watch RU-vid, but if you're just listening, it gets the job done. I listen to podcasts and even full albums this way.
Camille Crestani I think you just didn't understand the point of his message because you're practically agreeing with disagreement, if that's possible..
I am lost for words to describe this track. I used this track to first introduce my fiance to EDM. To this track I have ran, worked-out, walked to and from work, driven, gamed and chilled out over the past 5 years. This is my song. If there was one statistic I could find out about my life, it would be how many times I have played this.
Recently RU-vid has been recommending absolute bangers which I didn't know i missed growing up . I discovered Shakedown : At night this Monday and I can't stop playing it.
+GyromiteROB or at least less generic, i seem to be one of few people who actually kind of liked 18 months, motion wasn't very interesting (although i did like Slow Acid)
+Chocolateness Me Ready For The Weekend and I Created Disco were definitely his best albums, but i don't think 18 months was too bad, motion was a bit dull though :/
I agree. I liked 18 months for stuff like Fell So Close and Bounce but motion only have dollar signs for me and even than its just me trying to like him xD
Deadmau5 does a great job of separating himself from the pack. His sounds are so recognizable and he uses a lot of the same instruments and fillers but they never get old.
i wish there was the same level of care and creativity put into edm songs today as it was then. the genre just seems to crank out talentless garbage now
That's why the Mau5's set at Ultra was unreal. It was a huge fuck you to Ultra, the fans, and all of EDM. Even with the trolling, the set was amazing. So much feels man lol
For those who are edm genre confused!: 1. This song is progressive house. So is Guy J and Gui Boratto. 2. Your typical avicci and Calvin Harris are edm club music. 3. Maya Jane Coles and Laura Jones etc are Deep House. 4. Joris Voorn and Technasia are tech house. 5. Bonobo and Mount Kimbie are electronica/indie electronic. 6. Benga, Skrillex, and Kromstar are dubstep. 7. Armin van Buuren and guys like Simon Patterson or Aly & Fila are trance. This is official. Do you get now?!!
Alexander Punj skrillex style is skrillex style... it isnt electro, dubstep, dnb, etc... it can has some elements of other genre but his music is unique
Alexander Punj skrillex is more like brostep, but rest is right. And avicii needs to pay for plug-ins, along with Garrix, cuz for ex. their Sylenth1 is licensed to ***TEAM VTX*** XD
I’m Not Alone (deadmau5 Remix) I’m Not Alone (deadmau5 Remix) Lyrics Can't do this God I can't do this Can't do this God I can't do this Can't do this God I can't do this Can't do this God I can't do this anymore Can't do this God I can't do this Can't do this God I can't do this Can't do this God I can't do this Can't do this
So, It took me many years to say this but... This song helped me through a very hard time in my life and also helped me make one of the most important decisions I have ever made in order to get my life to the wonderful place it is now. So sincerely.. Thank you Calvin and Joel for bringing a tear to a weary eye through your wonderfully crafted music and giving me that push I needed to change my life and chart my course.
I listen to this in winter. The purity of the ground when there's snow on it. The darkness. The coldness. Light shining low through spruce trees. This track just makes it perfect.
Black eyed peas: Gotta get dat boom boom pow! I'm so 3008, you so 2008! Deadmau5: You want a challenge? Bring it bitch! I'll make a song so amazing and bad ass it'll be enjoyed by eons of generations from now!
First of all, Gran Turismo 5...secondly I hate the term EDM, this is Progressive House. Only the general public knows the term EDM, but true fans of the genre knows that there's Trance, Electronic(a), Progressive, Deep, Soulful and many other variations of house and true fans of the genre know that the pioneers of house aren't your typical pop music artists who collaborated with DJ's of the genre to make a catchy, pop hit like Chris Brown, Jason DeRulo, Pitbull, Rihanna, Florence and the Machine etc. True fans of the genre know the real artists like Miguel Migs, Kaskade, Lisa Shaw, Kerri Chandler, Frankie Knuckles, Fred Everything, Chuck Love etc. If you know none of those artist that I just stated than you're a fake "EDM" fan. Just saying
Greg Sparrow If this is true, then fuck you. You bloody moron, do you even know how many people, good people, die because of your selfish need to prove something to someone. You and the kinds of you are the reason why there should be personality test required for issuing a driving licence to someone. "Fast as possible", you say... Makes me seriosly wanna slap you.
2019 is absolute shit as fuck compared to the 80s and 90s imagine how much more fun the 80s and 90s were compared to now. Everyone is stuck on those stupid computers or dont socialize
So many reminiscent feels from this. Brings back some fond teenage memories. Thanks Mau5 for being a huge factor in the quality of my early adult life.
I listen to it while skiing it's like I'm outside of the world, safe and secure, nothing can get on my way I'm just seeing everything around me happening and observing it while I sweep down the mountain
Listen to this one: /watch?v=ifRyAZ4zh6E It's amazing. I don't need any drugs to listen Electronic music and "trip in my mind", I just need music like Joel and Prydz do.
this song always gives me chills... i remember hearing this in a friends car back in 09, all of us tripping driving to the beach at night. an absolutely gem. love how music is like time travel.
2020 and I'm still waiting for a song to rival this. It's only my opinion but it's my favourite dance track. It's the smooth mau5 progression with Calvin's catchy chords and synths. I've probably hit play a thousand times over the years and am still immersed everytime.
It's older than you might think poachedmag.com/2013/03/19/a-history-of-electronic-dance-music/ America may only just be catching up and subsequently money whoring the shit out of the scene but the American media did not coin the term.
Let's take a trip back to 2010, when I would crank up this song on my Skullcandy headphones while walking to my math class. It's amazing how this song can make everyone in the comment section feel a certain kind of emotion when they hear it.
What's I find so fascinating about this remix is the fact that it's quite simple and very minimalistic. Yet it still delivers on that mid point drop with just as much release as any hard drop. But it does it in a way that is calming. Break the rules and go for it
Can you stay up for the weekend And blame God for looking too old? Can you find all that you stand for Has been replaced with mountains of gold? You can untrain yourself to notice To feel pain and swallow fear But can you stay up for the weekend 'Til next year?
Holy fuck, almost forgot about this masterpiece.. That anticlimax starting at 6:00 when everything starts to fade away except for that particular "bobble" sound is just magical to me..
@@danial469 not sad bro, this year I’m go if God want to 30years and yes I miss this old time but thanks to the life for know this song… stay strong king
Vanishing point, faxing Berlin, There might be coffee, hi friend, telemiscommunication, sometimes things get whatever, 71c, r my dreams, it's not you, soma, sleepless, sex lies audiotape, avarita, 16th hour. All masterpieces. And that's not even a tenth of it all.
Ay! I discovered this song on GT5! Back when I was a little Boy I never knew it was deadmau5 and Calvin Harris made the song. Back when this kind of music was popular... miss those days. Who would've known that years later Deadmau5 would become one of my favourite artists.
Lots of credit going to Calvin here in the comments. Don't get me wrong I got respect but IMO deadmau5 made this song the beast that it is. The original is...pretty different.
Man does this song bring back deep, distant happy memories of when I was in highschool. This song will never get old in the sense that it will always be relevant, at least for me. I love how life was back then, so let’s all hold onto those happy memories and do our best to live the rest of our lives with that same energy and happiness
I was only 19 years old I loved deadmau5 so much, I had all the merchandise and music I pray to deadmau5 every night before bed, thanking him for the sounds I've been given "Deadmau5 is love, deadmau5 is life..." My dad hears me and calls me an electro hippie I know he was just jealous of my devotion for deadmau5 I called him a Kandi Kid. He laughs at me and sends me to go to sleep I'm whining now, and my pride hurts I lay in bed and it's really cold Suddenly, a warmth is moving towards me It's deadmau5 I am so happy He whispers into my ear "LOL U MAD BRO?" He grabs me with his not very powerful skinny hands and gives me a seat from the Purrari I'm ready I spread my ear open, ready for his for music It penetrates my eardrums It hurts so much but I do it for deadmau5 I can feel my skull tearing as my eyes start to water I push against the impedance I want to please deadmau5 He meows a mighty meow as he ruins my hearing My dad walks in Deadmau5 looks him straight in the eyes and says "Dubstep sucks." He leaves through my window Deadmau5 is love, deadmau5 is life.
True house music, juste before the golden era of progressive house, today we have drug takers techno people trying to steal us the stage. What a time it was for house music
Me and my best-friend use to listen to this song, saying we're going to make our lives better (specifically the lyric "God I can't do this anymore" hit hard). We did. But it took us in different paths. Now, we're no longer best-friends. I wish him the best, however.
Every now and then I remember how much this track melted me when I first heard it seeing Deadmau5 when I was 21…. 15 years later it still brings tears to my eyes how much of a vibe it is…. Thank you🎉🎉🎉
