the media manipulated folks to dislike Cam Newton. Cam Newton is everything you want in a Football player. I've seen a lot of ppl now saying they like Cam Newton. The Media still tries to con ppl to hate Cam Newton. Cam Newton is my favorite NFL Player of all time.
I remember our 2018 season cam was 6-2 with 15 tds 3 picks b4 the Steeler’s game tj hit his hurt shoulder and ruined the season cam would have finished min top 3 mvp.
Luv Cam he was a trailblazer and unfortunately when you one of the trend setters you get the hate. But he opened a lot for doors for the young QB’s coming up now, Also he is pretty darn good football analyst.
Back in my day they had a saying "a starting QB has to be able to sell that toothpaste" 😁 Like be the face of the franchise and a pitch man like Ronald Reagan
Joe burrow my guy!!!! With that being said! Cam had the greatest college football season by far and it ain't even close, even tho Joe has the stats.💯 It was crazy watching this guy knock off every team week by week ,just waiting on the Cinderella story to end and it didn't 🤣💯 he gave too much to the game if you think about it 💯🤔
Cam Is a great QB unfortunately the panthers organization did him wrong. Horrible job building around him. The WRs were horrible besides that one year with Steve Smith. Oline was horrible he was getting the crap beat out of him yearly no real RBs until he got Cmac towards the end of his time with Panthers. This is what happens when team drafts a franchise QB but fails to actually put pieces around him. Did a crappy job protecting cam having your QB be your Goal line Rb isn’t a good thing great way to get your QB hurt. I’m glad ravens dialed down Lamar Jackson rush attempts to preserve him.
Cam is the most athletic QB to ever play the game. He took our small market team and made us relevant. He sacrificed his body for this game and played at the highest level . Let Cam be Cam. He doesn’t need to play another snap. He will be a first round HOF. His podcasts are fire….Panthers never should have moved on from him…the first mistake in a never ending succession since Tepper bought the Panthers. Charlotte misses you, Cam.
Cam would’ve bent his knee like RG3 if he’d gone for the ball in SB 50 & there was nothing wrong with leaving the loud press conference. I only wish that he’d have found a way to change his game to keep playing after injuries.
@r.williamcomm7693 He had a decent shot in 2018, but the TJ Watt hit pretty much ended his career as a starter. Also, the Panthers roster as a whole was never the same after that 2015-16 season.
@@coldpinga9305 Yes. As a running QB if he’d ripped up his knee then the whole world would’ve accused him of playing “hero ball.” I’d never heard about the Broncos funding a “tell” on film for passing plays. That gave the Broncos a huge edge.
I feel like Lemar Jackson is in this category. From everything I've seen he's a great person, great teammate, and insane football player yet people seem obsessed with finding flaws for him. He's probably about to get a 2nd MVP award yet the goal post will probably be moved as far as why he isn't one of the best in the game. I don't think people know how to handle successful athletic Black qbs who don't fit into the stereotypical mold from decades ago.
I am not a newton fan, he exalts himself and that was his downfall, I will say this though, when Carolina won their division with a 9-7 record I was very hopeful they would go to the Super Bowl and win it😎
The media is so annoying. How are you not going to talk about the fact that he has to listen to the opposing team right behind the curtain lol always some dumb shit
@@xX30590robertXxno he's more like a heavier Lamar Jackson no true number one receiver a run heavy offense and a rocket arm with slight accuracy issues
@@meekokane9825Lamar has a quick throwing motion and can make every throw. Cam had a slow, stiff delivery and was much more inaccurate from the pocket, especially after the shoulder injury. Cam was more of a power runner w/ rolling speed. Lamar knives through defense w/ change of direction, pace changes and speed.
I’m a dolphins fan I would love cam Newton I know we have Tua but he can’t win big games I feel like cam would be great for a year or two with Tyreek jaylen raheem Devon and a great defense
I wish we could drop pics in these comments. 2014 I was on cam’s 7 on 7 team. Bro this man was the greatest, that was one of the most fun summers of my childhood. Idc what the media ever says about cam. That man was changing young men lives in Atlanta
Man maybe if that game had been even close I could possibly see where you’re coming from. But the Broncos absolutely dominated that game from start to finish. Nothing fixed about it.
the difference between my BS and Cam's is i dont run around my job opening my shirt, as if I am superman. When my boss comes to me and says this needs to be done at the last minute, I jump on it, not Cam. Cam comes back to the league, has one good game, yells Im back, then collapses. This is why people dont like him. How many times did Peyton act like that, brady, russ,, lamar, marino, fouts, mahomes? deshaun, cj? none of them. Hes arrogant like DEion, and when you put yourself out there as greater than all others, you will face repercussions
i mean not deshaun watson. he a bad teammate. Look at the context when he siad hes back. Carolina playing Arizona. They were dominating. And if you know cam newton. You would expect him to say that, or something similar. To not expect that is on you
Confident black men tend to make people insecure. Its okay, Brady walked off on Nick Foles twice instead of shaking his hand. Bet you saw that as "passion" though right?
You could do a whole video on how bad that oline was in the superbowl also how the refs used to let cam get unnecessary roughness calls go uncalled for him more than any other qb in history
A qb who does that much hard running is likely to have a career more like a running back, short and painful. But he took the panthers to the SB, and losing in the SB doesnt make him a loser and right after losing the SB they shouldnt have him in the room listening to the winners gloat.
