Good runs my friend. Never understood the negativity for the street racing community. I love all cars. 4-door, 2-door, light, heavy, V8, 4-banger turbo, whatever. If it goes fast, I like it. I had pretty much the same car as you. 2014 Camaro SS convertible; LT headers, CAI, X-pipe, axle-back, nitto performance tires and dyno tune... 385whp and 401tq. I would get beat by my friends 18' Scat Pack challenger on higher rolls only. I could get him pretty good from a 40 and even better from a dig. Plus the charger stock has a significant amount of more power and torque then the o' L99 so it's a fair race to me when it comes to power/weight ratios.

Stock for stock that srt has like 40 more hp so you did pretty good..wonder what his mods are that thing has to be full bolt on and tuned..your car has more low end grunt but up high in the speeds that srt seems to have a bit more up top..nice win....get some cams and a dynontune and youl be where you really want to be...Chevys love cams...
If I'm not mistaken that srt8 comes with 470 and the camaro ss is an auto so thats the l99 rated at 400hp flat come on now that's more than a fair race
@@angelokeaton6770 The weight is not almost the same, that charger is 4500lbs+ the SS is 3600lbs+ not including driver and other factors. Throw some E85 on that bitch and you'll gap the charger every day of the week. Course you'll have to get a new tune, which is what you should have done to start with considering the mods you have on the car.
I bet you feel real big picking on the car that weighs a lot more than yours even a mustang will smoke you and that's because I hate those piece of s****
