I saw you easy to tired as it's very hard for you to in Cambodia, so I encourage you to take an exercise as you can please. If you stay at home you can run on the roof, but at province you can wake up early to take an exercise too. Take exercise is very important when you have so many action like a trip or vacation like this, also it is very important for you health too bong. 🙏
I don’t know if you know this but, he used to serve in the army. I am pretty sure he knows the routine regiments for staying healthy. With that said, I don’t care how fit you are but when it comes to heat; there are no training to overcome heats exhaustion.

Hey Thanny, I forgot to tell you about Fort Bragg. It’s now Fort Liberty. Democrats control congress passed the law to change the name of all bases that associated with Confederacy After George Floyd incident. So I only bought stuff that doesn’t have Fort Liberty on it.
