Just found your channel today. Lived in Cambodia for 3 years during pandemic. I, too, am almost always keto. Easy to do keto in Cambodia...lots of fresh, grass-fed beef hanging in the markets ! Great eggs, too. Hope you're well. I'll return at the end of this year...stuck in the States for now. UGH.

Yep, you are right. Meat and seafood is super available and cheap. People think it’s difficult to be keto here or anywhere for that matter. Fact is, it’s easy wherever you go. Well, get back here ASAP, rather than being stuck in that mess of a country. I left the USA 7 years ago and it was the best decision I ever made!

Good video! Of course we all mourn the decline of Sihanoukville as a Cambodian beach destination. Kep looks promising as an alternative. But Sihanoukville also had lots of working girls. What is the situation in Kep?

@@jimmccann3856 yes shame about SV. But the islands are only 20 minutes by ferry. Kep is developing nicely, but in the right old-school direction. No working girls there, no bars like that, but there are some very good restaurants offering good night life and live music.
