As the ASEAN chairman, Cambodia wants to help solve the South China Sea disputes between China and several ASEAN countries, says Foreign Minister Hor Namhong. In an exclusive interview with VOA Khmer's Kimseng Men, Mr. Hor Namhong says Cambodia does not want to see the disputes escalating any further. On North Korea's nuclear program the Foreign Minister says North Korea wants to resume the six party talks without any conditions and that it also wants the United States to provide the reactors it has promised. Concerning the 15 people who were jailed recently in Cambodia for demonstrating against forced eviction, Mr. Hor Namhong says the Ministry of Justice is asking the court to review their cases.
