Today my mom will show us how to make delicious Cambodian/Khmer Mung beans and coconut milk dessert. In Cambodian/Khmer, we call it Nom Bon Ppor Sadae. In the video, I called it Ban Jum Neuk, but I later found out that it was not the Khmer language and had to change it in my title. Sorry for the confusion.

Ingredients គ្រឿង
2 bags glutinous flours- ម្សោបាយដំណើប ២ខ្ចប់
1 bag mung beans-សណ្ដែកបាយ ១ ខ្ចប់
1 small ginger (cut into about 6 slices) - ខ្ជាយ ១ ដុំទូច
4 stems green onions-ស្លឹកខ្ទឺម៤ ដើម
2 cans coconut milk (4 cans of water for the sauce)-ខ្ទិះដូង២កំប៉ុង(ទឹក៤កំប៉ុង)
1 cup sesame seeds-គ្រាប់ល្ង១កែវ
4 cups hot water-ទឹក៤កែវ
2 teaspoons salt-អំបិល២ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
1 cup palm sugar-ស្ករត្នោន១កែវ
2 cups regular sugar ( if don't have palm sugar, use 3 cups regular sugar)-ស្ករស២កែវ
4 Tablespoons oil-ប្រេងចា៤ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
