Cambodian Street Food - Fresh Spring Rolls Kratie 

Kratie is well known as the place in Cambodia to see the freshwater dolphins but they also makke some fine fresh spring rolls. Just off the Mekong River this little stall delivers a healthy and tasty late afternoon snack. The chilli paste is made by the stall owner and has a great spicy kick.
