Ray Goldstein FRS is Alan Turing Professor of Complex Physical Systems in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge.
Ray Goldstein works on mathematical biology, an area where Alan Turing's work has had a huge impact. In this video interview, Goldstein tells us about how Turing's legacy relates to the research he and colleagues work on in Cambridge today, some recent results he's particularly excited about, and how the simplest organisms on Earth can shed light on what happens inside our own bodies.
