What’s a good upper link to use in the rear I used a yeti kit from hot racing and the top links seem to make the pinion angel odd any ideas thanks man.
@benjaminpinney493 link geometry or length is extremely important to get right. For element crawlers I just Google upper links, vise versa for Axial. On the scx10ii I found a hot racing stainless upper link set. As long as the links are the same length as stock it will work
Hey bro, is it me or did the Proline Beams not have the ultimate whoop scissor long beam travel that we all were hoping for? I bought a kit but that Camburg setup has me swayed. 🏁
Hate to say it but Proline kinda dropped the ball. Stock length crawler shocks almost seems like they never built a prerunner before. Stock crawler length shocks is a dumb dumb move. The IFS 2 is fam buttery, will it hold up is my only question
It's funny you mentioned this, last night I was eye balling beaming an Element rig and to get the travel we want I think I would have to bend the beams do that kick at the upright was more extreme and bend the swing steer links to match. The camber change at droop you would be landing on the side wall effectively landing on the part of the beam that puts that load into the frame and beam rather than into the shock. Shame on proline for not making a long travel version. This is essentially stock ford beams but equal length. Wtf proline? Hope you have a good weekend. No cons to the IFS 2 yet!
What is that front bumper? I've been seconds away from cutting up some stock bumpers and try to flush mount led bars, but if there is one out there I wouldn't mind picking it up!! I haven't seen but like, 2 different Demello Offroad rc bumpers and that one isn't one of them... I would love to pick one up!
This is the Element Knightwalker bumper set. I used Tamiya lense paint, clear orange to paint the light bar. Then I took the KC light bar from the knightwalker and chopped it up to fit cutting off a few pods. Hope that helps ya 👊
@@DoubleClutchProductions Not for nothing but I spent like 3 hours checking out bumpers and even was on Demello Offroad website looking at their toyota bumpers... I was lost man. Knightrunner comes with Demello Offroad bumpers but I didn't think to look at the other "Knight" enduro... Rock on brother.They never said demello offroad bumpers for the knightwalker. But thats exactly what it is... SIIICK
