These Kawhi stories are hilarious. My friend actually used to work for a clothing company called ethika and they have a half court nba court that guys would workout on in the off-season when they did photo shoots for them, and he said the funniest guy that would come in out of all the guys they sponsored was always Kawhi and his uncle Dennis. The laugh was on point 😂

I remember watching some videos of girls jr. worlds (or somesuch) The marquee was Paige but but Cam was in there too along with HVL. I thought at the time that "wow this tall blonde girl can go" Sure enough, she absolutely can. This is another player/personality for the WNBA to capitalize on. (IF) they are smart enough (which I seriously doubt)

The best thing a shoe brand can do is make a WNBA heel. Like the Brink Pump and it is a women's heel. Like you could have the basketball shoe but also like a player specific heel. Which would be something the WNBA could do to bring more people to the sport, through the heel and women would just see it in stores and be like "oh dang this is nice" and then oh who makes this? Oh Cameron Brink WNBA and then maybe that gets them to watch WNBA.

That sounds good on paper but I think in practicality it wouldn’t work just because it’s men that are the driving force behind ratings so women wouldn’t really be looking for their heels like that, the little girls that are watching Cam and her draft class don’t wear them they wear sneakers, my niece and all her friends in HS that play and are into sports not interested in heels more than they’re interested in hoop shoes. Ultimately the heels would be a waste until it’s a proven fact that the female demographic for the WNBA has grown exponentially.
