Excellent video Michelle. The shaded praline looks great on you and personally I think you wear that blonde shade exceptionally well. I did notice the band of lace being very visible across your forehead and was wondering if it was too long. Possibly cutting it back a tad would look more natural?? Question……With the full mono top, why did you use scar tape? I didn’t think that it should be needed with the mono top. I very much appreciated the comparison between the two Camerons. For the difference in cost, I will choose the original Cameron. Thanks for your expertise, so much appreciate your thorough reviews.
Thanks so much Sandra!😀 I do love this color! You are absolutely right about the band of lace - it needs to be trimmed. I normally do trim the lace for these (I did for Miranda Lite and Zara Lite) but did not for Cameron Lite because I might be selling her (I can't keep them all...). I think the scar tape is only necessary if you have dark bio hair under the mono top - it shows through the monofilament. I do that with mono tops and mono parts. Hi Debra, I have heard that some people are allergic to synthetic fibers or the chemicals used on the fibers. I don't know about the silicone tab and would suggest consulting your doctor.💖
The original Cameron was one of my near misses. Had it been a couple of inches longer to not accentuate the roundness and fullness of my face and came in a color like Sleet (which it now does), it would have been a go-to wig for me. It looks very nice on you.
Hi Sally! Have you thought about purchasing a longer style in Sleet, like Miranda or Zara, and having a hair stylist trim it to whatever length you prefer? I would suggest calling local salons to find a hair stylist who will cut your wig. First, you could search on Yelp or Google for “best wig stylist near me” and then call them and ask for a stylist who has experience with wigs (tell them whether it’s synthetic or human hair). Some will only cut it if you buy your wig from them. Hope this helps!💖
Oh, yes, I've done this a couple of times. My favorite hairstyle of all time is On Point by Raquel Welch, but I couldn't wear it because of it's center part. I purchased Scene Stealer and had a reputable salon in Arizona cut it like On point before shipping it to me. Since Raquel Welch has no hair colors I like, I went with a color that was unfamiliar to me at the time: Iced Latte Machiatto. I was hoping it would be a cooler color than Shaded Biscuit. Well, the cut turned out to be a little longer version of On Point and I was okay with that. But Iced Latte Machiatto turned out to be a sandy blond, which I hated. I still haven't worn that wig. Another time I took a brand new Jon Renau Elle wig to a local wig stylist to have it cut like On Point. The stylist ruined the wig and had to reimburse me for it. I have a new Hudson wig in a color that is nice except for the dark rooting at the front hairline, and I've been thinking about trying to find a different stylist to cut it like On Point. But I'll probably end up just selling it at a big loss rather than go through the turmoil of impending disappointment. Thank you for your endeavors to help me, but I think I may be beyond help. Does this Cameron Lite come in other shades? This could possibly be too much blonde for me. Unless I wanted to be a lot more blonde like you said in video. Looks good on you. I also like the Lia 2 on you. You look good in a lot of the videos. Let me know my question when you get a chance.

The video and you information are terrific. I know with lace front you do not need bangs BUT my forehead is a high forehead and I have worn bangs pretty much my whole WIG life anyway. Do you think bangs can be cut in to the Cameron lite or the original Cameron and still look good? Thank you for your time.
So what was the difference in the California blondes colors? I was looking at Malibu blonde but this color is pretty too. Just might be too cool for me.

You could put the tape on after steaming your wig. I have never had the tape melt into my wigs because I don't get that close to the part and I keep the steamer moving.💖
