nice review , I was looking at buying the same stove for myself but the setup with the chimney in front where the wood feed is would not work for my tent set up , I would have to cook around the chimney and try not to burn myself , like to see the stove setup inside your tent with a fire and cooking too

The problem I had with RBM was, I ordered the tent and it didn’t have the vestibule like all the other review videos I’ve seen on the tent. So when I was trying to contact them, they wouldn’t answer the phone or call back for weeks. When I finally did get them on the phone, they said tents don’t come with the vestibules anymore and it’s on their website. It is on their website when I went back to see, but had I known that I may not have bought the tent considering how expensive the tents are. They won’t let you return it, so buyers beware. Besides that issue, it is a good tent. Thanks for the comment.

Oh yeah, that would make me grrrrr too. It’s so sad that they are cutting back on what is such quality products. Just like the Caminus stove. Unboxing last year, the stoves came with a co2 detector and a smoke detector. So expensive but so worth it because of the “they’ve thought of everything” in their products. Made paying all that money a little bit easier. Too bad. I was in love with RBM products. Have you looked at the Sonmez inflatable tents? Fricken gorgeous! I subbed to you channel. I be digging your honesty.

@@magnacarta9364 RBM’s customer service is really bad. I wasn’t impressed at all, especially considering how expensive they are.

Question, without all the heat shields how much does the stove weigh, specifically just the stove, legs, and stove pipes all together? I ask because I'm concidering getting this set up for backpacking in.

Their website says 25 pounds with everything, it doesn’t really feel like 25 pounds. I’m thinking without the heat shields you may save a few pounds. May be a little heavy for backpacking. Pulling in a sled no problem though. Thanks for the question.
