Thanks for the link from your other video! I was thinking you used both the insert and the screen at the same time - this makes more sense to me now! I may do the same.
@@tuberocker69 same here, way too hot for running the saw. Can’t wait until fall so I can start cutting again! Thanks for watching and the comment. Appreciate it 🙏🏻
@@JessesChannel That's the challenge I have with ours...On nice days, we want to have our door open for the breeze, but have the screen closed. We slide the screen closed up to the insert, but there is about a 2-3 inch gap between the outer frame of the insert and the screen frame.

I think mixing bleach and urine ~ The bleach and urine reaction The sodium hypochlorite in bleach can react with ammonia, producing a potentially toxic type of gas called chloramine gas. I would not use it be careful.
I did not know that , thanks for the information. The urine that’s in the grass pad is just basically residue. All of the actual urine is soaked up into the throwaway pad. I always do this work outside. Either way I do appreciate the information. Thanks for the comment.
Mine is holding up great. We didn’t drill at all and I don’t remove it everyday. We just leave the door in most of the time. Thanks for comment and question.
BUYER BEWARE! The sliding mechanism that allows this tent to open is defective from the factory. RBM's answer for a fix was to send me a replacement part that didn't fit. DO NOT PURCHASE!
Ugh, for all the stupid restaurant owners who put guests who get to watch dogs pee and poo while they are eating. I know I am one those stupid owners who thought with a dogs keen sense of smell would know the difference between plastic and grass. But is it their fault they are trained to use artificial turn as a bathroom?
What’s the point of your comment?? Did you really come on here to complain about people training their dogs to use artificial grass?? Not everyone has a yard for their dogs so an artificial pad is necessary. Maybe I’m misunderstanding your comment…
The comment below this one, he talks about making sure there’s air flow to the power head. Not sure if that will help you but it’s something worth watching out for. So far mine has not overheated with any attachments. Hope this helps and thanks for the comment.
run a 12.0 batt in all your milwaulkee "big" tools and you will love them! be careful not to tuck the powerhead in your arm pit when using, the air vents are small and this can cause the overheating issues you may hear about.ive got the branch cutter also with mine and it works awesome!
Excellent video! I bought the same one for $299 at Lowes. What's avail for extending the bar and chain? I don't even know if it's an option. By the way, **S U B B E D! !**
Did it heat up, ive heard of melted batteries, but thinking this probably happens because of bad connection of battery terminal causing arcing between them.
Those have two much spacing you should of baught the stainless steel spikes , who installed left gaps on the corners , maybe try AVITROL will take care of your pigeon problem or 360 reflectors bird deterrents
We don’t have to take it in and out ever. We fit through the door just fine. No problem though, I don’t care at all of you get one or not. It works for us and I’m just sharing what works for us with others. Good luck with whatever you use.
Not sure what you mean by reset? Appreciate the question though. I’ve heard both good and bad about a 20” bar on this saw. There’s a guy on RU-vid called (ringworm) and I think he uses a 20” bar all the time no problem, but I’ve heard other guys say it’s not powerful enough for a 20”. So I’m not sure on that either at this point.
@@The442nd Mine came with a strap, I actually thought mine wouldn’t come with one when I bought mine so I bought an extra strap and then had to return the extra strap once I realized I had one in the box.
@@The442nd no battery or charger. Depending on where you bought yours they come in different packages, some with batteries and chargers or some come with different accessories, attachments extra. You can order a strap online or buy one at a local retail store that carries Milwaukee tools.
@@JessesChannel Wouldn't it be better to just spray the bottom with water from a spray bottle? Doesn't take that much time, doesn't cost anything, and more importantly, better for the environment.
Yeah you’re right! I’ve seen it called both. Some brands call it a pickaroon and this brand calls it a hookaroon. Great tool though. Thanks for the comment.
Your channel just popped up as next in line to play and just subbed. Looked at some comments going on. Husky vs stihl is another ford vs chevy theory each to their own. Muffler modding wouldn't be a bad idea easy to do unless the muffler is crimped on that then its a bit of a pain. Those 261 are good saws, rock even better with some mild porting. if your going to he doing alot of firewood i would recommended running a longer bar and save your back from bending over alot and also safer if theres kick back also. As well maybe grt some wedges for where you can use them for falling, handy if you pinch a bar blocking up the logs too. Good luck with the adventure 🤘
Thanks so much for the kind words and suggestions, I really appreciate it. I plan making more videos related to cutting wood and chain saws in general. It’s funny I never thought I would enjoy processing firewood so much, Lol. Thanks again 🙏🏻
@@EmmTalk I said I would make trails in the snow in the backyard for the dog to run. Sorry for the confusion. I don’t make any DIY training mats. Sorry and thanks for asking. 🙏🏻
@@EmmTalk no worries, If I ever do find a way to make these mats DIY I will be sure make a video on it. Thanks again for your comments and I appreciate you watching my video as well.
The stihl 261C is the one with the Mtronic, and doesn’t have half choke and off position, but the regular 261 that you have does have the different choke positions
I have a new puppy, and want to train him on a grass pee pad until he is fully vaccinated, I am in a townhouse and there are a bunch of dogs in our open area and I don't want to expose him to any diseased dog droppings, what pee pad do you use? And did you order a second grass mat? I love your set up! Thanks in advance!!
Hi, thanks for the comment and kind words! I did buy 2 grass pads just so while one is dirty I have a clean one ready to go. I use throwaway pads underneath the grass pad and I have posted links below in the description of the products I use related to this set up. Thanks again and please feel free to reach out with any other questions. 🙏🏻
We did a 6x wide x 12' long wood crib/shed last summer and I learned alot but it took alot of time with just two of us with no skill before hand. In hindsight it helped us both feel alive and connected to the world outside our office jobs. Great video
I was thinking about getting some Milwaukee tools, so glad to hear you like them and haven't had any issues with them. Nice job on the wood storage unit!
I love my Nomad M stove. I just went winter camping during the polar vortex. I modified my stove by adding some rope around the inside edge of my door, so i can control the air flow. Next, I want to close off the open circle hole on the top. It doesn't serve a purpose for me. I posted a video on my channel of the camping trip. My buddy has a Nomad L but his was straight out of the box. His stove chewed through a lot of wood. Mine went through less wood and my tent warm all night. Some people don't understand the challenge of being outdoors overnight and what it takes to stay warm. It doesn't matter if you have to feed the stove every hour, you're warm.
I agree, I don’t mind feeding the stove. I love having a fire and winter camping. I actually love the cold weather as well. Thanks for the comment, and I’ll check out your channel 👍🏼
I am extremely curious. 1).Why go through all that hassle when you do have a backyard? 2).Why use a pee pad under the artificial turf when you do have a catch tray? 3).How often do you do this routine and how long does the process take? 4).What are the benefits of going through all this vs. just letting your pet use the backyard, scoop the waste… and maybe hose off the grass area when the waste cant be completely picked up, and save money on additional pee pads and time overall? Thanks for sharing!
Very good question. We use the pee pad and not the yard for a few reasons. Where I live we have birds of prey that have taken dogs her size, so we only let her run in the back yard when we’re with her. 2. We have all white carpet & furniture inside the house and this keeps her paws clean and our furniture and floors. 3. Cleaning the pad like that doesn’t take very long, changing the pads underneath is extremely fast. 4. For us it is worth the hassle. I do walk her most days if it’s warm enough outside, and we have wipes for her paws that are dog safe. It may sound like a lot of work but we don’t mind. Thanks for questions hope this answers them all. 🙏🏻 I’d be thinking the same thing if had come across this video, Lol so good question. Thanks
Thanks for the question, if you have a good draft going, no. But if the fire had just been started and it’s not very hot it will let some out. Once it’s very hot and going well, very little to no smoke. Thanks hope that helps
