thanks! not much really, just having a good exhaust set up, plus being manual will do it.... lifting of the throttle, especially after giving it a good squirt dumps raw fuel and burns off in the exhaust causing it to snap crackle & pop. commonly known as overrun. becoming popular with tuners calling it a crackle or burble tune, basically telling the computer to max fuel all the time & with a decent exhaust will do it too almost any vehicle

I have the 6.0 litre L98 in my SS also making 300rwkw and it doesn’t sound this good. I think the LS1 sounds better than the later engines.

Yeah probably around the same, the needles always up high, hot or cold about that second top mark under 16. It only drops, but only slightly when the a/c is on.

For me short distance takes more then long distance

i haven't had it on the highway yet with the new cam, but before hand it was good on fuel on the freeway, 6th gear, low revs, just cruise... you hardly notice the fuel gauge going down until you hit traffic/built up areas

yeah much more responsive! i've done all my upgrades gradually & could always tell had more power but the cam is somehting else... you really notice it, especially an aggressive cam like this one
