Status updates on the button issue: 21-02-2024 17:36 : Created Discord ticket with problem description "Rattling inside base" 23-02-2024 00:35 : Opened wheel to investigate myself and shared image of loose nuts. imgur.com/a/6TZv8k3 23-02-2024 10:14 : Cammus reply: No replacement parts available yet. (This is 1 week before pre-orders start) Current status: Waiting for replacement part to be in stock. 11-03-2024: Cammus said they will send me a new C12 28-3-2024: UPS asked me for €43 in import duties. This is likely my new C12. Cammus said they'd share the tracking number but I have not heard from them since 11-3. 05-04-2024: A new C12 arrived and I can go vroomvroom again

I have a C5 (ordered arrived in January) and so far it has had no issues. Maybe this is because mine was built later and they sorted out any quality control issues that may have existed. I'm seriously considering the C12, but the C5 already feels more than good enough for me right now. I'll probably buy some pedals this year at some point instead and then get whatever 15nm wheelbase of this style they end up making (if they do make it)

Indeed, the reverb is horrible. Very hard to understand what he is saying.

I also have the rattling noise during strong vibrations. I found that it comes feom the blue rotaries. They are too loose. Expect that its a pretty gound ffb and overall experience

Weird, mine doesn't get hot. Even after a long session at full power and strong ffb setting in game. And without fan on it.

I mean materials wise, no cheap plastics anywhere. But yeah, buttons failing is pretty bad. Cammus did send a new C12 and it's working fine tho..

@@UnicornReviews i am surprised they couldnt send a non-faulty unit to a reviewer. Dont they even care about their reputation? It is not the first case, i know atleast 2 more youtebe channels where their owners had manufacturing issues

@@MrBirdshell666 Mine worked fine the first few hours so they didn't send a broken wheel. It was very annoying, but not the end of the world either... New product, pre-release sample... stuff happens

I've just sent my Cammus C12 bundle back to the distributor. Absolute garbage The Cammus software doesn't recognize the base so the tunability of the wheel is none existent. With the LC100 the brake pedal wasn't recognized in AMS2 and either min or max and nothing in between in ACC. Purchase at your own risk.
