I never knew the vintage Kamo Kahn had two different versions of the hands

Looks Great! I have the 1980's vintage one. The new one looks awesome! I have about 30 vintage he-man figures. The origins one looks great.

The packaging is indeed one of the best. I love the artwork for sure and the story on the inside is nice. I only know about this version because of your previous videos but man having it in hand is nice. I'm still waiting to get the regular Cobra Kahn and I think I'll use the hooded head on that and put the camouflaged head on this exclusive one. I would also love to see the dinos come to life in the Origins line along with the giants and the Eldor and He-ro. I wonder would they just use the Andre the Giant body for the giants or would they mold huge figures? It would be disappointing to just get a reuse but they likely created Andre with this idea in mind.

My god I want the dinos to happen now. This hopefully is a hint of what's to come. I especially want a Turbodactyl for my Grayskull.

I've just commented on the standard Kobra Khan review my disappointment at the lack of water-squirting feature (I think it WAS doable), but this nice looking version kinda compensates a bit. I can remember in the dark early days of the 'Net when we didn't know about many variants and I first looked up MOTU, reading about the fabled Top Toys Camo Khan and have always been fascinated by him. This Origins version is a great looking piece, and nice to see the hooded head (which also appeared in Filmation but not in any vintage toy form), though I feel it shoulda been packed in with the standard Khan too to make up for lack of water feature. Whilst I'm not over the moon about the plastic "representation" of the venom-shooting, this translucent blue version works MUCH better than the standard's green, which is kinda just lost against the green-ness of the figure. The vac weapon is nice too, though they maybe could have also have done a "Buzz Off ax" version as some Camo Khan's came with (they're quite a few combinations with vintage CK). If it was on store shelves I'd probably grab this one as it's enough to compensate for the lack of action feature, but as it's an exclusive (and I'm one of the MANY collectors overseas) I think the sheer price will stop me. Hopefully will see some kinda retail version at some point.

This exclusive figure looks good! I got four MOTU figures today, paid something like 7.50 USD. In my country the standard figures usually are sold for 22.50 USD so I just *had to* get some more for my always growing collection. Got Buzz-Off, Sun-Man, Mantenna and Pig-Head.

Best Mattel Creations exclusive ever. Definitely a must have in a collection.

There are multiple reports about damaged blisters from collectors in Canada and Germany. My Camo Khan came with a damaged blister and damaged card art. Good luck to anyone who is still waiting for his figure to arrive.

Sucks I was working when this dropped. Tried getting him when on break but he was sold out. Really wanted that hooded head sculpt

Be careful with that vac metal weapon. I had my Camo Khan posed with the mace in his right claw hand and wanted to switch things up and give him the gun instead and when I pulled the weapon out of his hand the paint came right off. Also, there are 2 other small spots on the weapon where the vac metal has flaked off. This makes me wonder about those vac metal weapons that came with the He-Man 4-pack.

I had to pass because of the price, I love the collector packaging and the Cobra head but wasn’t gonna pay $80 for this.

The vac-metal weapon is guaranteed to chip in the claw. I made the mistake of having him hold it and it peeled terribly when I took the weapon out. Is there any way to repair that, or is my exclusive now just damaged?

They really should have just made Kobra Khan a squirting deluxe with frill alt hear and not have people go after an exclusive that disappeared in an hour.

It would have been great if they added his little lizard buddy from 200X . That would have been the cherry on top!

but yes! i was able to get this fellow here as well as Kobra Chan but both of those are still in the mail with ol Post-or there, and yes soon ill have those two along with mr Ratels - Rattlor, as i ah, got him with Kobra Chan at the Big 'Good' Toy Store, i ah, don't know about the 'Bad' part tho .....haa haa - a bit of 'Bad' news there hee hee 😉

I had to pass on this one when it came out, but if they do a bonus pre-order like they did with Grizzlor I'll definitely have to go back and get him. It looks great!

Do you know if anyone makes motu bubble packaging like this to display figures with the cardback again after opening?

I had a Cobra Khan and if you remove the head you can actually pour in water and when you press his head up and down water comes out of his mouth. I see your original does not have this feature

Don't put the metalized weapon in to the claws... that's going to peal the chrome paint off the accessory

for me the figure is whatever but that foldout cardback is pure awesomesauce.

The vac metal on mine's club seems to be melting off/rubbing off in the claw, annoyingly enough. One of the swap hands was actually stuck to it in the plastic baggy, so it pulled off some of the vac metal immediately.

International shipping was prohibitive on this guy unfortunately.

I was disappointed with Kobra Khan but this looked better. Unfortunately it was way overpriced so I noped out.

I prefere the original Design. Dont need this one.
