This is a great way to do it. I've done alcohol ink, and no matter what you use, there is always some resistance with the resin and ink. What a pain having to do like three coats! This method is fail-safe! I'm going to do different colors. Blues for the Navy! Greens for Army...etc.
Thank you for the tutorial. I do this as well. A little different I was spraying my sponge. I think your way is a little easier. Growing up in the military that’s what this camo cup reminds me of. Thank you again for your art.
Update...I tried your method for camo today and it turned out great!! It was so easy & fun to do. I had to improvise on the colors a little since I couldn't find the camo colors in stock anywhere locally (except for the black one). So I wanted to share that I used the darkest camo paint, dark hunter green & nutmeg... It's a little darker than yours but it turned out great. My husband loves it! Thank you again for sharing! I really enjoyed this project & I'll definitely be making more (pink camo also - I got white, berry pink & candy pink for the pink camo but haven't made one yet).
So much easier the saran wrap. Alcohol ink is so expensive. Thanks for sharing. I just started doing tumblers. I have been doing resin in molds for 2 years. I have never tried KSResin. Just do not know much about it. Seems kind of expensive. hugs Sheryl from Indiana 💙🎨💙
