After forgetting my torch last time, I've decided to head back to Camp Mnt Samford to check out the mine shafts from the 1940/50s. Used this outing as pack training so had 12.5kg to carry. 2km in 1 1/2 hours battling lantana, spikey stinging trees, slippery slopes and bat filled mine shafts.
