Here in Ireland 🇮🇪 the Trucks only take what's in wheelie bins, we have alot of charity shops free pages and alot of Recycling centres♻️. To prevent so much waste, 💚
I agree with you. It seems that many countries would rather bury or incinerate "trash" vs. developing proper recycling methods. Every worldwide manufacturer needs to do their part as well by eliminating single use plastics and use fully recyclable packaging. There's so much "waste" and so many unexplored ways to repurpose, reuse and recycle.

Bravo!!!!!! 5 star vid, finishes the hopper being loaded and the packer blade doing its job. To many times have seen vids that show the hopper being loaded and thats it, what happens next is the person creating the vid skipping over the packing part, a few boxes are OK, but what about that grill or better yet, that treadmill !!! You folks out there that skip, should watch this one!! They ALL started like this way back when!!! Thanks and keep them coming!!
Another great crunch-down video. This one was pretty dramatic. Looks like a Ham Radio operator at stop #2 and it's good that you could keep up with the truck on your bicycle as there appeared to be fairly long distances between stops.

Wau. Esos camiones se llevan todo lo que hay de basura. Aquí en El pueblo que vivo en Puerto Rico los recogedores de basura son selectivos. El camión se lleva la basura doméstica. Si es cosas grandes hay que llamar al municipio para que te pongan en lista para que una guagua pase a recogerlo. Si es arboles, es otro camión, si es nevera, estufas, lavadoras es otro camión y para todo hay que llamar y hacer turno en el cual a veces se tarda hasta 2 meses en recogerlo. Aquí es un fastidio. X eso mucha gente hace vertederos clandestinos. Puerto Rico tiene mucho que mejorar. Hay otros pueblos de Puerto Rico que es distinto, sin más rápidos en recoger la basura. Bravo x estos empleados
Vengo de ver un canal,donde una señora de 80 años largos duerme en el piso de tierra,en su "casa" que son unas chapas y maderas puestas de cualquier manera. No hay sillas,no hay mesa,no hay baño. Ella tirada en la tierra,peor que un animal abandonado. En ése mismo canal hay más casos muy similares. Me imaginé juntando ésas cosas en ése país,tener un lugar para depositarlas y luego mandarlas por ej para ése país . Allí que alguien las recoja y las distribuya. No es difícil ni imposible,con un poco de tiempo y voluntad alcanza. Hablar con las autoridades para que no cobren el traslado. He visto destruir cosas que seguro ésa señora nunca tuvo,una cama,un colchón,etc.etc. El canal lo lleva un muchacho que se llama Jurgen.
Muchas cosas que pudieran donarce a tiendas como Salvation Army o Good Well y asi ayudar a los demas y sobre todo deducir impuestos a fin de ano una verdadera lastima

Es una pena que tantas cosas se destruya de fea manera,todo aplastado,lavarropas mesas sillas colchones cosas de gran utilidad para los que nos hace falta ,y para aquellos que viven en situaciones muy difíciles, gente que duermen en las calles ,esos colchones serian de gran ayuda. No entiendo es la misma gente que los tira ,seran muy millonarios porque todo se ve en buenas condiciones. Vi una mesita von vidrios muy bonita ,terminó reventada en esa mole. Dios mío...allá todo les estorba Nosotros deseando tenerlas. Bueno ellos cumplen con su trabajo .Pero la gente que tiran cosas de esa índole, pensarían en donarlo a algún albergue para la gente de escasos recursos.

Provavelmente vai ser incinerado. Já que reciclagem não é o forte desses países de primeiro mundo. A lei por lá é: comprar, comprar e comprar e depois jogar fora!
In this day age , the boys should put it on a conveyer belt to a hopper shredder fall out of bottom to another conveyer belt to a skip bin all this is on a low load trailer, when skip bin full transfer to a waiting truck , would be so quick and no bulk materials.
I don't know what was more exciting, the truck with the hungry hopper or riding along with you at breakneck speed while keeping up with the truck. Do you have any videos of high speed biking around the suburbs?

very good but it's not a shame that some parts are still very good and some scrap boys can use them to feed their families, and also some poor people who don't have a lot of money can buy a used item with little money, the worker doesn't care, he gets his money from the state and cleans everything I would say to do it like in my country, let the things stand for a few days as the scrap boys have collected everything you need, then come and collect everything both are satisfied
No one in Australia drives around and picks up whatever is scrap metal and E-Waste? Here, this shit would be collected for scrap. Not being dumped in the Garbage
In the UK you would never be allowed to chuck so much away. Any bulk waste you have to pay for or take it to the council recycling center. They would never mix it all up in one truck.

Wow here in central Illinois USA we can't through no electronics in the garbage they have to be recycled and bulk garbage pick up cost $25. a buck to pick up and they take pics and put the cost on out water bill, otherwise we only get 2 free bulk garbage days to pick up in a year!!
