Hahaha our sheds full of gear that wasn’t quite right lol nice cooking set up mate refinements are ever evolving! We ditched the heavy camp oven and got a much lighter spun steel one cooks much quicker lol 😂 😜😜 Bloody Top information mate and hopefully you can save some people from buying S.H.I.T gear first up and paying twice 👍

Thanks mate, yeah I’ve always wondered about the spun steel camp oven. Maybe I’ll buy one and do a comparison video, although do love my cast iron but its heavy.

Love the heat reflector and wind deflector. I will make mine because I need it for the fire and for the gas cooker so it has to be the right size to suit both applications.

How much was the underkover bag? Also I reckon the firepit bag should have a divider. But 2 bags should cover that prob. I also reckon it should have some R pins for the extra legs provided with it so that when you lift it to move it the whole thing comes with it. Great set up by the way

Nice and simple gear, good watch but I’m a bit confused on the snow peak fire pit first you mentioned it’s a large then moments later it’s a XL so which size is it matey cheers

Perfect set up mate. Keen to try the Oz barrier one day. We have a little shield from when we used to use to butane burner and it worked a treat. So the Oz Barrier should be better again. Some quality gear in that kit if yours hey 👌👌

I haven’t tryed a spun steel one , I would probably go that option purely for weight reasons if thats an issue. But I’ll stick with my cast one only because thats what i got 👍👍🤠

Obviously depends how close you have it and how big the fire is but surprisingly not that hot , spaced back far enough it would be a good safety barrier for kids if thats what your thinking. Thanks for watching 🤠👍
