Real story: my elevator broke down exactly around the time this video released, and I'm stuck between the floors. The crew is yet to arrive, and I still somehow have decent internet from time to time, so I unironically pass time watching Vorobey. Helps a lot to not get distressed/bored too much. Edit: I finally got out of the elevator after an hour! It was real messy and it took half an hour more to fix the mechanism.
I like how Vorobey just ignored that clueless sniper at 16:56, like he has enough hours in TF2 to just know in their soul that the sniper wouldn't even care about his existence
3:40 Bison hits Vorobey with the Uno reverse, I love it 12:47 Scout kept moving forward, the beam didn't have time to cook him long enough 17:08 "No, go back into spawn"
I am reminded of a time long ago, back when tf2 was still being updated... in the old schema. On Turbine, I was pyro and airblasted a soldier from behind to go for the old puff and sting flaregun punch. Instead, he was in the middle of rocket jumping... and the airblast reflect killed him from behind, despite the rocket being aimed down at his feet. Oh TF2 we love your buggy mess of code
The main reason I main medic is because I always pick him when there are none on my team, and that got me kicked out of games several times back when I was just a beginner in the game, now I renamed my medi-gun to:"I picked medic because none of you would"
recent match i played i was doing so good as medic and someone kept asking me to pocket them, but i wanted to heal the entire team not pocket and he tried to votekick me (everyone f2d)
@@TobaloDeVillaOh no, there are 3 paths leading to him and he must guess the equivalent of a game of rock, paper, scissors to grab his flanking enemy. I guess it's too complicated to get it right between 3 options, he's clearly a cheater.
@@TobaloDeVillayou can perfectly see him say "oh a spy" before he sees a spy in that tunnel clip btw lol, oh yeah cant forget prefiring into the spot of the map nobody goes in only to hit an engineer
The potency of pissing off people with the black box is scientifically proven to be multiplied to the power of 21 when you use a nametag to name it after your pocket medic GF even if you dont have one
Honestly I got to give first time Medic's some slack. When I started playing I thought the medigun was overheating. So I was building charge as slow as possible and got scared when the gun started shooting sparks. Those were the days.
Imagine getting mad for being killed with Bison💀i knew it was something Salty when i read the community publucation a few days ago😂its like a professional chef gets mad for being defeated by a house cooker in a cooking show ( not the best example but you get my point )
I love the bison so much, cause while it's "weak", it does put you in a very different mindset when trying to use it. Visually the projectile looks slow, but it's actually very slightly faster than a rocket, flying at 1200 hammer units compared to a rocket's 1100. Getting used to and understanding this speed can make it honestly a pretty powerful follow-up weapon (as seen in the video) due to how much damage it can do to someone who's trying to run away A lot of people have out there ideas for how to balance the bison, but honestly all it needs is to have no damage falloff, and maybe buff the projectile hitbox a bit (it's tiny compared to the visual) and it'd be as good as the shotgun is
Oh shit I just made a very similar comment. Realizing the bison fired basically as fast as stock rockets helped my aim immensely. Stock pipes are 1216. They have the arc, but leading your aim horizontally will be almost identical between the bison and pipes. I find the bison to be kinda fun. I have around 1.7k kills on mine and I think it'd be so cool to eventually get to a Hales Own. I can't say I've ever seen a Hale's Own bison in all of tf2.
@@urgadurga I've got a friend who has a Hale's Own Bison with 10k+ kills on it, which is the main reason I've got a good idea of what it really needs for balance
Fun fact about The Bison: It does less damage normally, around 11-24, but hitting an enemy at certain angles and at certain distances can cause the penetration to trigger twice, causing 2x the damage.
3:25 Wtf is that LMFAO "Is there a spy" After shooting bison directly at an invis spy that you could only see after hitting him with the rocket immediatly after. Ultra instinct game sense ig?
@@kami3989 my reply disappeared but here you go yet again: 3:26 the spy bumps into voro to the right of the screen and can be visible for like.. 5 frames ironic, it took 10 seconds to find the exact frames by literally using the hotkeys youtube has for frame skipping Edit: he was visible for way more than 5 frames its simply harder to see since the viewmodel covers a lot of it alongside voro's viewpoint + you can literally see the screen jitter since he BUMPED into him causing him to lose SOME velocity
explaination for the glitch at 18:05 Basically since TF2 user the same engine as Half-life and Portal, it uses the same falling system, where when falling, it doesnt calculate how fast your falling, but how *long* your falling, and calculates that to your falling spped, which is why he takes fall damage.
That is simply not true. We spread a little misinformation on the internet? You get more fall damage the higher velocity you hit the ground. That's why you when you airshot someone on the head near the ground, they still crater because the explosion sent them flying downwards at a high velocity. If what you say would be true, then you would not be able to mitigate fall damage shooting a rocket at your feet before landing. And so much more other things.
I'll never understand kicking new players for...being new. How is someone meant to learn how to play medic if they're not allowed to play said medic because "ur tras get kic"
Take note how the bison was his only Killstreak weapon in this video, and the fact that he managed to get a 12 streak with it, you gotta admit that’s impressive
To be fair, the weapon was probably marketed to him as an american weapon. Soldier could not possibly resist using *God-Blessed Top-Quality American Firepower*
I don't know why people complain about Black Box so much. On its own, it's not particularly offensive, and I say that as someone who exclusively uses stock for Soldier. Now, when paired with Conch and used as a clutch on the other hand, it's complete cancer
I gotta ask, why does he censor the names of peoples weapons so often? Do that many people have racist names for their items? (I mean of course they do but this many is crazy)
Oh, I interpreted this differently😅. I thought that you'll show a video where angry kids camp with the worst gun and complaining how you steamroll them🤣
I've found that only trash kids think the Black Box is overpowered. The only real advantage to the Black Box over stock or any other launcher really is that you're more sustainable thanks to active regen, which wouldn't even be something you'd need to consider if you could just pick your battles; thus it's got the connotation of being used by soldiers who can't stay alive cause they have no game sense That being the case, there's really zero reason to get mad at someone for using it unless you're bad at the game lmfao. If someone's angry at Black Box soldier they probably don't realize they're actually just screaming "I CAN'T DODGE ROCKETS OR HIT MY SHOTS!!!"
I would love to play tf2 but i have 12000 hours on the game and even being goofy bores the shit out of me i want to die please kill me god it hurts THE ANTS ARE IN MY SKIN THE ANTS ARE IN MY SKIN THE ANTS ARE IN MY SKIN
@@Vorobey69 If I ever get matched there I automatically go tryhard demo and fight my way into the Intel. It's usually a tough challenge because half my team will be friendlies and sniper so you kind of have to be a one man wrecking crew vs rooms full of engies. It's basically like ctf_turbine but with even worse health packs.
So hang on, did they add the “hit 1 person multiple times” thing back, or is that a bug? Idk, I never played tf2 🤷♂️ Also the bison seems really good at close range
I literally would have stopped in that little corner corridor, walked right up to the medic, put my mic right up to my mouth and said "POP. UBER." and just did nothing until he did it.
I love your vids but It was so sad when you said that you'd probably quit the game if it werent for youtube. I cant blame you given the current state of the game
