So...here is how you know it's fake. A: it's McJuggerNuggets, skilled at what he does. B: His Dad isn't stupid, what Jesse was able to do for them since the Psycho Series, shows him what RU-vid can do, despite Jesse feeding naive people. C: Lance is in on this, the amount of noise and lights would of alerted both Lance and his parents. D: stop being naive and look back at the Psycho Series, where he fooled millions into thinking it was real. He came clean at the end, proving to those of us who knew it was scripted.
