Some interesting vehicles there and intersting people. would have liked to see the other Land Rovers too, but hey ho. What they say is absolutely right, it's not about the vehicle, it's about the travel. You little Subaru will be fine for now, get the kit you need and can transfer to something else when the time comes. Just so you know, it's common that overland vehicles choose their owners! when it's right, it's right, you both know. Honestly on the overlanding dream, just get out as much as you can, get the channel getting an income and save, then just go. You'd be surprised how little you actually need to complete a trip. 🙂

I do believe it's true and it applies to many aspects in life ey? :) I too, wish I had more time to cover other Land Rovers and trucks there, including a Kembara camper too, but unfortunately I ran out of time. Hoping for more opportunity to cover more rigs in the future! Thanks for the encouragement on the overlanding dream. It's a small fire that's burning slowly but surely :)

Thanks for watching. Well yes it was warm and humid during the day, but at night the temperature dropped to a comfortable level. With a small fan, it's a comfortable sleep :)

Glad you enjoyed the video. As for convincing your wife, Perhaps try taking her to nicer campsites, make her some nice camping meals, get her interested. That should start the ball rolling!
