I know them as Cat Eye prickles. Heaps in Canberra. Had 2 bikes and 4 flat tyres😂. Another great video for a great place to stay. Cheers Steve

There was one when I lived in Townsville called goat head. If you went off any concrete path it was a flat tyre.

Standard gauge rail for NSW you even had it on the screen. All the other states are the weirdows.

Hi John, it just looked bigger that normal gauge.. I know there is a wider gauge but I didn't know if that was it.. So Standard Gauge then.. Thanks you that..

It's grown more mature. I pulled a few weeds out. Was very dry weather.

Cat heads,nasty for young and old . I tried to find out why the aboriginal people considered it a bad or very bad camping spot to no avail, lack of available ground water maybe,or perhaps the name came about much later when settlers arrived and had a tendency to shoot all aboriginals they encountered with many local groups disappearing from along the river between Narrandera and Wagga Wagga.
