We’ve been there quite a lot, we use it’s gym and spa 👍🏼 didn’t do a video, but might do one 👍🏼

I think if you contact them directly they will be able to give you the more specific fees for those who live there. We’ve seen many families/couples, so shouldn’t be as pricey as renting an apartment, that is for sure! 👍🏼

4800 Euros ,electric is metered at nearly double the rate of everywhere else but if they allow you would be mad not to install solar panels.
