It was the 27”. Equivalent to what she was swinging then.

Nice video. I bought a set for my son a few months ago. He has mostly used it in the cage during BP. We have not followed the program, but I do believe it is a useful tool. We have a channel too. Good luck!

Hey thanks for the comment. Now that we completed the program we just use the drill from the last day of the schedule. And we use it pregames to hit the hitting stick.

hope she still playing , any update on how cam wood helped or didn't help ??

Thanks for the comment. Yes she is still playing travel baseball. Coming up on 12u and 6th grade year and gonna try out for the middle school team. I feel like it helped her move up in bat size. So I feel like it was beneficial at that time.

Not a negative comment! I just noticed a lot of roll over on the swing. Do u think that’s because the bat was too heavy for her at the time?

Sir, thank you for the video. We recently purchased the Camwood bat from a thrift store and heard about the 30-day program. Unfortunately, I just cant afford it. Would it be possible for you to send me a copy of the 30-day program via email?

Thank you! Unfortunately they don’t allow you to do that. When you get the membership you have to create an account on their website and you go through the program on there.

Great video, thank you. About how many swings per day/how long does each workout take per day in the 30 day program?

Starts off day 1 with 100 swings. We would take 30-40 minutes. Depends on how fast you want to go. By the end it’s 164 swings, takes about 50 minutes to an hour. We don’t try to move fast so you might be able to get it done quicker. It is a gradual increase in swings through the 30 days.
