Hi guys even I had the same issue few days ago here's the resolution 1. If one account is not signing in try using another account then login to the account you own 2. Use your mobile hopstop after restarting and plug out then sign in No Bs this literally worked
It's not just the Series S. About 3 months ago my Xbox One S had this problem. I thought it was just the end of it's life as it was 2 years old. So I went ahead and bought a Series S and 3 months later I have this problem again.
@@ActionB321 it has something to do with the internet. I connected it to my hotspot and it fixed. I also connected an ethernet cord and the fixed it as well. sorry I hadn't seen this until now.
hi, The same problem with my xbox One. The solution that worked for me is the following: - Hotspot from Phone (mobile data) only for connecting to the account. After that, returning to the old internet connection (home modem).
I got a potential fix. , I had this and it was to do with my network, here me out, I've had the Xbox one and the one X connected to my Google WiFi point for years and yes it does create a double NAT type but never before has it done this or even signified this was even the issue, after a couple factory resets and a offline network update with a USB I hardwired it and it fixed it straight away and allowed me to sign in and install games. Very odd, definitely a new console issue, very annoying, was even considering call them, hope this helped someone
Yeah this has literally happened to me today. I hadn't turn my xbox on for like 3 month maybe 2. I was so confused, it nice to know no even using it, breaks it nice. Any fixes please
Ngl I might just go to ps consoles. I just lost my account on Xbox due to the fact that it won’t let me sign and I factory reset my console. Everything’s gone except for my games. But what’s the point when I can’t simply sign in to my console. I’ve reset, factory reset, changed internet, etc. just frustrating at this point.
Basically I just reset the console and had to redo the screen steps as when I first purchased the Series S a couple of weeks ago and now it’s back to normal. The issue is resolved but I don’t want this to happen again moving forward, this should never ever happen to anyone, this is an XBOX problem they need to fix this issue permanently or they will lose a lot of business in the future. I have owned both the PS3 and PS4 Pro and never had this issue, not one time.
I unplug the Xbox from the wall 10seconds , then go to settings without signing in and click payments and sign in through there , it fixed my sign in issue .
Well I tired everything possible and nothing worked. So I reset my Xbox and still nothing I was fed up so I open it up and cleaned it up and disconnect the HDMI and power cable because i was going to sell it and roughly 6 hrs later I tired my luck and it somewhat started working again, But I’d advise to try and log in as you power on your Xbox
I was running into this same problem, if you hold down the xbox button on the console itself it will force shut off and the problem should be fixed when you turn it back on, based on another video i seen it seems like a software issue with internet connection.
there is a fix. It's just a weird one. It does have something to do with the internet because I connected it to my hotspot and it began working. I also connected an Ethernet cord and that fixed it as well. Hope this helps!!
Had this issue with my new series s. Delete your account and then add your account again. Change it to no barriers, and sign in will go through and work again
Same thing happsned yesterday but not only that I went to remove my friends account but it also removed my account as well and now I can't recover my account

My series x has this problem we’re i can’t sign in at the moment. Won’t let me sign in for a few minutes until I have to reset either my Xbox or router but it keeps doing it smh.

I have a similar issue. I play ssf4 which is a 360 game on my S but i cant connect. I can sign in to my console and get on the internet but somehow im blocked from xboxlive. I dont know how or why
bro I just got the same issue with my xbox series s gilded bundle that I've had for 11 months now hopefully Microsoft comes out with something to fix it or in the future they add this to the warranty
Yeah bro I'm having the same issue since October the only temporary fix for me is putting service on my phone and using my hotspot to get my xbox online then I switch to wifi or lan but that only works as long as I have my xbox on if it restarts I'm signed out

I jus had this happen today n was tryin to figure it out n signed out n did everything n it wouldn’t let me sign back in or anything n I looked on the website n their site was sayin everything was fine but then after a couple hours they had finally posted it to their site that it was some shit with their end n they jus got it fixed so if this happens and you can’t figure it out you jus gotta wait till xbox fixed the issue n then everything will be good again. It was weird for sure. N like I said they Xbox website was sayin everything on their end was workin fine for a while till they finally ended up putting that they were havin issues n almost had it taken care of n they jus got it taken care of finally n was able to sign back into everything n we are good now.
