That’s the same thing I’m doing now I’ll let you know if I get my sons Xbox working. Why is Microsoft doing nothing about this I paid over $600 for his Xbox for Christmas and he’s hardly used it and this bs happens what a pathetic excuse for customer support.
This didn't work for me. I went to hit "secure your account" and it said 'this was you' pretty much, so that didn't work. Changed my password and that didn't work.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. My friend finally convinced me to download fortnite on my xbox and when I tried to sign in it was white screen for the last week it finally fixed after this thanks SO MUCH
A lot of people think something is wrong with their Xbox from this. This is NOT a broken system error, it is an account issue. I’m pretty sure it happens when Microsoft thinks your account is compromised. and the white screen is clearly space to fill something out via website.
so in other words it IS a broken system error.... because the screen isnt displaying properly. Dont try to defend their BS. its not working because they implemented the screen incorrectly.
Worked, thanks man. I had changed my two factor 30 days ago, and it was finalized tofay, so I'm guessing that's why I had the issue. But I'm curious if you had done the same thing. I also noticed I had attempted sign ins from unfamiliar locations/devices, when looking at the sign in activity
I had the same issue AFTER i connected a Switch device ,to connect Internetcable for TV+PC+Xbox together at once, because i have no modem near by, but just 1 Internet connection comming out of my wall in the living room, so to connect multiple devices to the Internet (TV/PC+ Xbox) at once i recently used a Switch, and then i got the White screen issue, i could not even continue games i played offline, I just removed my Internet cable from the xbox/internet and i dont have the white screen anymore and i can play my saved games again, (so i can sign in again) for me no issue, because i dont play online, i only use it for downloading games i buauht, i only have to unplug the TV/PC (Switch device) and plug in the xbox intenet cable (so the old way) but thats lucky no problem for me (because i dont play online), so maybe the issue is with connecting multiple internet cables at once which messing up the xbox security stuf or something
Probably won’t work for everyone but I just clicked on add new account, typed my account email and password without removing the account, was told the account was already on my Xbox, went back to try and sign in to my account and it worked.
Didn’t work for me either also it says that someone has been trying to sign into my account every day every hour for the past few weeks. I have used my Xbox account in months so it seems like I’ve been hacked
It is doing the same thing for me. Saying “Try again in a while. We can’t sign you in. Try again in a few minutes or check service status in Xbox Assist (0x8007052E)”
I found that once I provided a recovery email, and then reset my password I was able to sign into the account on Xbox, without having to do anything that the above video specifies.

Ive changed the password, hard reset, removed the account and re added it, tried it on my 2nd console, tried the authenticator app but it says "Something went wrong. Please report an issue using send feedback option and try again later." What else can i do. Nothing is working
@@JaiiLand Log into the bugged account?? If it let me log into i wouldn't be having a problem lol. It physically wont let me load into the account, only type the information then get put on a white screen. Ive tried adding it to my 2nd Xbox and my brothers and my buddies from work. Still nothing works.
@@zdbdhonestly it may say a lot if your gta account was banned, I didn’t start getting this glitch till I tried a modded account for gta, I haven’t been able to login to it since, unless you haven’t tried the location removal in the video. That’s the only thing I can think of
Hey thanks this worked for me! I did have to go and remove my account from the Xbox. Then choose to sign in with another device. Put the code in on my phone and signed in. Then the password change prompt came up ( still on phone ) then I was signed in. Seems to be working just fine now. Otherwise it was still white screen for me.
I see nothing that shows my Xbox...it shows the unsuccessful login but does not show what devices and when I tap...."Secure your account." I get the words ..."Learn how to secure this pos"
