I gotta piece of advice for you, adopt yourself a junior or a senior (3rd/4th year) so you've got a person who knows more than you and can help you out, it'll suck when they graduate but you'll be forever grateful for them. I was the freshman who adopted the older kids, and now I'm the senior who adopts the younger ones, it's amazing both ways. best of luck, mate, I hope it's going well

Hello, I am wondering have you tried eating more beans, fibrous foods, and proteins? Also taking biotin/keratin supplements. These usually help with hair growth

I take a biotin supplement and use a topical solution. They seem to help a bit, and I am sure eating more protein couldn’t hurt either. I appreciate the suggestions 😊

I have M.S. and a Syrinx and my hair has been coming out in the shower and on my clothes. Also, the neurologist thinks I may have Lupus. I just noticed this happening a few days ago.
