Gracias por esto. Nací y viví en Quebec toda mi vida, aunque so anglófono, hablo francés también. Creo que hablar francés me ayuda a aprender español, pero el contrario es menos cierto. Mis amigos hispanohablantes tienen más desafíos aprender francés que yo tengo aprender español.

Escucho una estación de radio específica cada mañana. Sí, a veces mi atención está dividida, pero he encontrado que puedo entrar y salir con escucha activa porque la estación es una parte de mi “ciudad adoptada” y a menudo conozco el contexto con otras actividades, por ejemplo leer las noticias de la ciudad. He notado que pausar un video, podcast, etc. por unos segundos cuando te distraes es muy efectivo para recuperar la concentración. Especialmente si tu nivel no es muy avanzado o estás escuchando material más largo. De esta manera retengo más información.
