Today we are trying to start our whole house 3 1/2 ton heat pump to air condition our house with just 2- EG4 3000 watt off grid inverters in parallel. These inverters only weigh 18 lbs each. Not like the Growatt 12kw off grid low frequency inverters that weigh 186lbs each we have been using to run our 3 1/2 ton and 4 ton heat pumps to air condition our upstairs and downstairs of our 2 story 2450 sq ft house. We have not found anyone on RU-vid that has been able to do this so let’s give it a try. We will also load up the EG4 inverters to see how they can handle heavy loads.
